I have purchased items from Lisa Leonard for many years and love the quality of her products and the heartfelt meanings that accompany them. For the first time i did not receive my order, as per their website information, in a timely manner. Actually on the website it said the order was completed and shipped with a tracking number, but the number was invalid. I made multiple calls to their customer service number and only received voice mail and left messages- that they never responded to . I emailed their designated email for assistance and it took 1.5 weeks to get a response which then took several days before anything was actually addressed and the item was actually finally shipped - even tho i had said numerous times - its too late, dont bother to ship, graduation is passed and i had to find something else for a gift, just cancel the order. But no. They shipped it anyway and now expect me to pay for return shipping to get my money back and return the item that they completely messed up and with horrid customer service! I am so disappointed in this company’s customer service, and… great products dont mean much when they dont actually value their customers and own their own mistakes and make it good! Ive spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years but will not anymore - there are plenty of beautiful jewelry options out there and i will not support a company that doesnt take responsibility for their own mistakes! Ive asked for contact with a manager or supervisor to discuss the situation and not received any contact or contact info. The company needs to know how poor their customer service is! As a business owner myself i know how important it is to be aware of what is happening everywhere - i even tried messaging them on facebook before i went forward with this posting - hoping to contact someone who would address their errors and be aware of the situation. It is a sad situation for this company if they choose to not address their errors and mistakes and make it good with customers!

Purchased on necklace in 2020 and loved it! I wore it all the time and it’s still in great shape. After having another child I wanted an updated birthstone crossbar necklace. My husband gave me one for Mother’s Day only to have the chain break in less than one week! Additionally the emerald stones are the wrong color (noticeably lighter than before. They look like the wrong month) and the the brand charm is VERY tarnished despite my older necklace looking brand new. Worse is we have reached out via phone and email and cannot get a response. I love my first necklace and was so happy to get a new one but now and just extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

Where is my order? Label created for shipment on May 13 and item has still not shipped via FedEx? Tried to contact customer service and just get vague auto-replies. Not a good look. Beware!

If I could give a zero review I would. DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I order something for a small Mother’s Day gift. Received the order and it was not the correct product. Got ahold of someone via email only they said I need to ship it back with return sheet. Have not heard anything with multiple attempts to contact calling leaving messages and emails with no response since May 18th

I ordered two items over two months ago but they never arrived; have emailed three times - the first email suggested I check the website for an order update, the second was ignored completely, and the third received an offhand ‘your package is en route’ response - but according to tracking info it arrived in the UK almost three weeks ago, with no further movement and no additional updates available. Customer service is all but non-existent. I wish I had read some reviews before ordering: I’ll never order from this terrible company again!

I got an email saying my product was shipped on 5/10/24- it never tracked and I sent 3 emails and only got a computer generated reply and left 2 phone calls several days apart. When Janet reached out from Customer Service by email she said it was in shipping and I would see movement once a label was created. Then I asked why it had been in shipping for almost 2 weeks without a label. Them her reply today was it was still in production and that they have asked shipping to refrain from creating a label before production was complete. I do not believe any of that- if they had “departments” they would be able to answer and KNOW where my product was on first request. I would like my order expedited and sent overnight to me at the “departments” expense.

Awful / Non-existent customer service. Makes you think twice about this company. I guess the proof is in the pudding when you have a problem and you get form customer service return notes with no indication of the problem you submitted or any indication of resolution. From what I can see, they don't stand behind their product.

I have been very dissatisfied with Lisa Leonard Designs. I ordered a Togetherness Ring for a Christmas present this last December and within a few months the sapphire fell out of it. Customer service said sorry, you didn’t purchase the three year extended warranty. So we ordered some sapphires and glued one in ourselves. Just yesterday the diamond and the Amethyst fell out. The ring has not been abused. I’m sorry but if the company can’t stand behind their product at all without purchasing an extended warranty, I would be wary of purchasing anything from them. I know we certainly won’t. They should have a one year warranty at a minimum, and stand behind their product. Very pretty ring but poorly made. The stones were obviously glued in place and none of them stayed in the ring. You’ve been forewarned!
