My husband ordered a ring in may and we have gotten no updates. I have called and emailed and so has he. We never get a return message

Terrible communication. Sent my ring back to them for a remake on sizing over 4 weeks ago and they cannot give me answers as to when I'll have it back. Originally order was placed almost 2 months ago! That got to me within 2 weeks or less. Their emails are crap. Doesn't even answer your questions. Have never once returned my phone calls/voicemails either. Bad customer service.

Terrible customer service! Can’t get much of a response even after multiple emails. Finally contacted PayPal to file a dispute. Charged for items that never shipped. Really she should be shut down.

I ordered ONE personalized charm on 5/18. I was sent an email on 6/3 stating it had shipped. I have continued to track this package and it has not moved since June 3. I have sent several emails to their "customer service dept" and only received a response regurgitating the tracking numbers. I have called...no response. I have several necklaces and bracelets from this company, but I will NEVER order from them again. I've asked for a full refund, but received no response.

I wish I had read more reviews before I ordered. Items look beautiful online. I ordered 2 necklaces and a cuff bracelet. I wore the bracelet 3 times and it broke in two pieces. I emailed customer service and got a copy and paste type email about their warranty only being 30 days. 30 days is not a long time when you buy something that you don’t intend to wear daily. I chose to wear it when it matched the day but unfortunately didn’t even get three full uses out of it. Waste of money.

I have ordered from this merchant in the past with great success, but I agree with others who say if you run into a problem, there is ZERO customer service for you. I placed my order on May 20 (almost a month ago) and haven't heard a thing since. And nothing in my order was customized, so should have shipped in 3-5 days. I've called twice and emailed. No reply. I'll have to contest the charges now with my credit card company. AND this was a gift. I will be shopping elsewhere and I would advise everyone else to do the same.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Ordered over a month and a half ago and have yet to receive anything. Customer service just makes excuses and gives me the run around.

So far my first order is getting one star and should be none. I ordered a month ago. Paid for expedited shipping. Still have not received an email that it has shipped. Emailed multiple times with no replies. Called and left voice messages as they requested, still no reply. A week ago, I finally had Kara answer the phone. She looked up order said it was in “tracking” and I “should receive it SOMETIME “. Still no email with tracking. Still no response to email since talking to Kara and still no answer to voice messages. My granddaughter already graduated, so now gift is late. I’m wondering if after spending $300+ ( which was already charged to my card) if I will ever get any kind of response or necklace. Frustrated.
