My experience was just ok!?

My experience was just ok!?! I'm going to start with, I asked for a brochure to be sent to me. As soon as I put in my info I was contacted by your people. I asked for a brochure so that I could look at it with my cousins, whom the system was for. I told the caller that I would have to be with them to discuss it. She proceeded to overwhelm my with ? 's and then wanted their phone number. As if I'd do that!! I wanted to find out some info because we were looking to get rid of life alert. I told her to call me the next day. She called like 13 times and I was going to just block the number!!! We did end up going with your company because of the Aetna discount, but you nearly lost a new client due to the ridiculousness of border line harassment I received from this woman!!! Also she lied to me about sending me the brochure in my email!!!! So we've been pushed into being a client and we paid for a whole year and I have absolutely no paperwork on the units or your company!!! Do better folks!!!! You guys are worse than calling for car insurance!!! Lots and lots of people don't want to be inundated with phone calls just because they were interested in your product!!
