When I ordered this last year seemed great service. However my husband fell pressed the button couldn’t connect in Texas because they use ATT service which has towers that have problems. Had they told me I would not have got the watch. When I called in to complain the supervisor said never connect so husband didn’t hit button correctly until she said what part of house were you in and told me use ATT well the salesgirl never disclosed that and luckily this wasn’t a emergency of life and death sorry discontinued and I will go thru ADT which is direct service. Beware people!!!

i spoke with Jordan today who refused to cancel my monitoring until the equipment was returned . WE pay monthly for monitoring which we no longer need. i get that i need to return the equipment and they are charging me 7$ to ship me a return label to do that but they refuse to stop charging me for the monitoring of the equipment until they receive the device. why would you force me to pay for a service im not using ?? you cant monitor my grandma while im shipping it back and waiting for the return label. they are more than welcome to charge me 325 if i didn't return the necklace which btw we have had for like 3 years i cant even believe they want it back but i think that is the scam. they hope you dont return it so they can bill the elderly for ever for a service they dont use. after paying them for like ten years you think they would just let us cancel the service but no they got to milk us for every last dollar.

I had a very difficult issue with my Life Alert device, but once I was connected to Mr. Sal he helped me out tremendously and everything was back up and running as if nothing ever happened. I Thank Mr. Sal and his team of professional for getting back to my Life Alert, which I need everyday. Cheers 🍻
