Disappointed
Well I made an order and it said it would be here Oct 16th and I still do not have my order so my experience is not very good. I emailed them and haven't heard anything about my order

Fraud and scam
The sent me wrong device the told me I had to wait for them to contact the manufacture to investigate why part was missing. Beware they are shady and unprofessional.

I needed a new Oxygen Concentrator
I needed a new Oxygen Concentrator, it was very easy to order and it was delivered in a couple of days. I am very happy with the Devilibs 555Ds it is compact and very quiet and very good price. They are my go to Medical Supply Co.

I ordered a ResMed Airsense 11…
I ordered a ResMed Airsense 11 yesterday from this company. I received a return email from them stating I needed to provide a prescription from doctor or an authorization from my doctor to replace my current CPAP machine that is no longer working before they could ship the product to me. After numerous phone calls, emails and text messages, I have received no response from this company. Stay away from them. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
