I'd had some problems with my "base station," and ended up cancelling my dealings with LifeStation. I was subsequently contacted by Customer Service, and they were very courteous and considerate! Not confrontational at all. For THIS I appreciate them. I've deleted my previous posting dealing with the issue I had.

I had to call them 3 times to get my order placed. If i were them, i would have called the customer back - guess that’s why I’m retired………. Supposedly on its way…….

I don't like to watch because it doesn't have the right time on it. It's 3 hours slow, and it doesn't keep up with anything. It doesn't tell me what I need to know. Does it tell me?
