Outstanding Customer Service Rep Sherry
The representative I spoke with (Sherry) was professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. She was not pushy, took her time to understand my Mothers needs and health concerns.

Representative Very Helpful
Your representative was very thorough in describing the equipment and how your system operated. He also explained the costs and different payment plans. He did not rush me and asked me several times if I had any questions.
