Life Station has provided excellent service, and it has provided me with a great peace of mind to know that help for my elderly father is just minutes away. It has allowed him to remain independent, which is our goal.

Our life station experience was fine until recently. My mother fell entering her home and my sister was with her. They pushed the button for help. The dispatcher answered in a timely manner but then proceeded to contact emergency services in Nebraska. My mother lives in Ohio. Fortunately for us, time was not extremely critical in this instance. Had it been, this confusion could have caused life saving minutes. The dispatcher eventually reached the correct EMS service. We called life station after, they did in fact have all of the correct information for my mother. It appears it was a human error. They apologized and assured me it would not happen again. We do appreciate that they acknowledged human error as opposed to making excuses.

I purchased it for my mom 3 years ago. The best thing I ever did - it's like a guardian angel.. She had to use it once and all worked out as it was supposed to. We test the equipment once a month and the reps that answer are very friendly. We test it in different rooms and they hear us and we hear them loud and clear. Excellent.

Quick response time. Very easy to set up equipment. Monthly testing gives peace of mind that everything is working.

I think it takes too long for a live person to answer the phone.

I received my new battery, but don't wear it as a watch, which you also sent. The new battery doesn't fit in my necklace, it's too big. Please send the right sized necklace. Thank you.
