They are always there when needed. My mom accidentely hit the button a few times and they didnt make her feel bad about the mistake. She feels great that they call her by name and confirm her address so she feels like they know her

Great system and customer service. The only thing I would change would be a faster response time when the button is pushed. We have waited 2-3 minutes for someone to respond. Fortunately, we were just testing our system.

It is a very good device if the elderly carries it all the time. Our experience tells us that our mom seldom use it, one thing is that she forgets most of the time. If she puts on, it helps. Otherwise it is useless. Over all it is a very usefully device and saves lives.

So far the only times I have "pushed my button" has been to do the monthly check up. I have to say I am impressed by how quickly they answer and ask if everything is ok. That has made a very good impression with me.
