My one complaint is that the GPS is too heavy, and too bulky to wear around your neck. I would prefer something to wear on my wrist. Something that looks like a watch band or bracelet. Thank you, Catherine Honda

We have been blessed in that we have never had to actually use the service. However, knowing that help is just a call away if our Mother should fall is priceless. We know it works because we periodically do a "test" of the equipment. It has never failed. A call comes within minutes. If you are looking for a simple, easy to use, inexpensive monitoring system for an independent adult, this is the system for you.

It is great that you test your Mom’s unit every month to ensure your system is working optimally! The emergency response is very, very good. The telephone response to equipment problems can be slow. Hence four rather than five stars.

I love LifeStation as it gives myself and my family the confidence we need for me to be able to take our dog for a walk around our property while the others are at work or running errands. This was proven while I was out on a said walk and accidentally set my call button off and with no one inside to answer the call they sent an ambulance out to my aid. Thankfully it was not needed but the assurance of knowing someone was out there for me was heartwarming. Thank you.
