Had one incident where a fall occurred …
Had one incident where a fall occurred and the system worked perfectly. Otherwise, we do the monthly tests and the folks respond professionally and quickly. All good after a year of service. We will keep it provided pricing is kept in check.

Every month I test it for Mom and I get …
Every month I test it for Mom and I get a response within less than a minute. People seem friendly and courteous as well.

I have had to call LifeStation three …
I have had to call LifeStation three times to learn if they have been using my new credit card. Because they have not made this change the company recently called to say we have not paid! As I type, I still do not now if they have adjusted my account and that we are paid up!

Having LifeStation my children are now …
Having LifeStation my children are now more comfortable with me living on my own.

This was purchased for my 8 yr
This was purchased for my 87 yr. old Mother-In-Law. We had a difficult time getting her to wear it at first because she said "it was too bulky". We tied up the monitor so that it didn't hang so low and she seems to be happier with it. It is still as problem getting her to keep it on except for recharging.

I need an authorization to return the …
I need an authorization to return the device. It is not useable for me. I would have to pay extra for a fall alert. It does not fit with my jewelry or sense of style.
