My alert works fine
My alert works fine, and I have had a couple of occasions to use it for a fall. I would go to five stars if I were able to talk into it like a phone, but that is not absolutely necessary!

Thank you, George for your feedback. Because the Help Buttons are waterproof, we are unable to install speakers inside. The purpose of them being water proof is so that you will also be able to wear them in the shower, washing dishes, etc. That is why our base station has a speaker that has a voice range of up to 2,500 square feet; you can speak into the open air with our Care Specialists in the event of any emergencies. I have this for my 95 year old father …
I have this for my 95 year old father who still lives on his own. The box went haywire and kept screaming Emergency, Emergency and wouldn't shut off! Even made my dad's phone line go dead! He was crying when I got to his house cause he couldn't handle the screaming plus not having a land line to reach any one. Piece of crap customer service. DAD ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL DUE TO SHORTNESS OF BREATH CAUSE OF THIS INCIDENT. STAY AWAY!!!

The customer service was great!
The customer service was great!! We only had to use the device once, thankfully, and they promptly sent help. Very pleased!

Glad we chose Lifestation
Glad we chose Lifestation. GREAT service, always fast to answer when testing. They do what they say they do, and they do it well! Also, excellent product support when there was a hardware issue.

I have recommended this company to …
I have recommended this company to others. I feel very secure having LifeStation here to help if and when I may need it. It also gives my family a better piece of mind knowing that I have this since I do live alone.
