i feel that it takes too long for someone to come on the line. Sometimes when i have done a test of the system, mine wasn't working at all.

My father was a LifeStation customer for two years. Prompt response to 'button activation'; promptly got my father the police and/or ambulance services he needed several times; whether button was activated for emergency, nonemergency, or in error, responders were always calm, courteous, and directed the call appropriately; and with every use my father's emergency contacts were notified. Range for communication was good and equipment was durable and decent quality. Discontinuing the service and returning the equipment was a very hassle-free straightforward process. Without reservation, I highly recommend LifeStation.

I GOT LIFESTATION SO MY WIFE WASN'T COMPLETELY ALONE IN OUR NEW HAIR SALON. SHE FEELS SAFE HOWEVER SHE DOESN'T COMPLETELY TRUST IT. I ORDERED LIFESTATION AND WAS PROMISED A FEW KEYPADS BECAUSE I HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT NEED TO HAVE THEM TOO. NEVER GOT BUT JUST THE ONE AND AFTER COMPLAINING I'M STILL LEFT EMPTY HANDED. NOT SURE THESE PEOPLE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT ONES SAFETY AND KEEPING PROMISES

The LifeStation back office seems to be keeping an eye on things. When a battery starts to go bad I am promptly notified. Fortunately I have not yet had to actually use LifeStation to call for help, but I have no reason to think it wouldn't work.
