Life Station is and does exactly what …
Life Station is and does exactly what they say they do at a very affordable price and NO contracts, easy payment plans to fit just about anyone's budget, and cant put a price on life. I feel 100% relieved that I got this for my mother and so is she.

Very Satisfied
Luckily, my mom has not fallen or had any trouble. It does 'go off' if she bumps her necklace but she gets a call and can tell them she is okay. It gives me (daughter) peace of mind for her to have it, although she does not wear it at night which is upsetting to the family. She is very stubborn!!

While your mother should wear her Help Button at all times, you may be interested in getting her a Wall Button which could be placed in her bedroom in case of an emergency when she is not wearing her button. Great piece of mind!
Thank goodness we have not had to use it but when we do the monthly testing's all seems to work fine. Great piece of mind!

Slow Answer Times
All my monthly checkins have worked really well. Just the amount of time it takes for LifeStation to answer a call is of concern to me, though. It has taken up to 3 minutes for someone to answer and in the event of a heart attack, those are precious minutes that could be the difference between life and death

Mom knows to hit her button anytime she needs help. LifeStation calls me so I can get to her quickly. We highly recommend this alert system
