Amazing staff and product

I get a quick response each time I test it and on one occasion when I unknowingly pushed it the emergency team came very quickly. I feel very safe having it in my home.

Each time I've used LifeStation, the outcome has been favorable. I'm so happy it's in my house. Trained and reliable personnel - the service is exceptional.

Thank you for your service! My mother lived alone and it gave my brother and I great comfort knowing that she could push the button on her pendant and you'd send someone. She used it several times and the response was quick and effective.

My mother who had the life station is in an assisted living facility and had trouble getting tech call them first to check on her when she presses button instead of myself who lives away from her.

very fast response time,set alarm accidently a few times,call back within seconds,to make sure I was ok !!

The wristband unit is too easily set off. It has happened several times. I called the company and received no solution. My husband rarely wears the unit defeating the purpose for which we purchased it. I believe the design faulty. Red button center needs to be set down lower.
