Was told my therapy was $50 all year than after the whole year I start getting random charges and they said oops we accidentally charged the wrong health insurance so really it’s $150 per session and you need to back pay everything. I would not have gone to therapy weekly if I knew the “real price.” Also is this was even a true mistake why should I pay when they are the ones who messed up. Apparently they do this ALL the time.

If I could have given them zero Stars I would have! I haven't been a patient there in a couple of months because they left me with drawing off of lithium on a couch for weeks cuz I missed an appointment and they said that the psychiatrist was booked back to back and had no time for me she was responsible for my mental health and medication she was the prescriber Her name is Amy James my Pharmacy tried to contact her several times along with myself leaving messages and she never bothered to return the calls . it was like trying to get a hold of the president of the United States they left me with drawing on a couch I canceled my services with them and they have hit my bank account now three times since then I have called and asked them to stop and they won't. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau on them they just recently took $120 out of my account that was my food money in my Med money they're really good for mental health aren't they they should be ashamed of themselves every single one of them! They want my full name they will get it when my lawyer contacts them for negligence and mental distress!!!

I love Ms. Leverett however I can't get anyone to call me back or answer the phone to make an appointment. The last thing I want to do is change my 'person'. I really liked her.

They randomly charged me $3000, refused to explain why, and got mad at me when I tried to figure out. I had to partake in a several month long back and forth between them and my insurance company where they continually lied. They even attempted to charge me more during this period with no explanation. You will be hearing from my lawyers.

The NP I had spoke with answered our video call with a nasty tone like I was already a bother. I let tht go I was already in crisis. Jst got off the phone with my bf who was with his dad in the hospital after his dad jst had his 4th heart attack. I tried, I tried my best to hold it together. But I’ve been crying almost daily. Some days wishing I didn’t wake up. As I answered her question “how can I help you Danielle?” I lost it because nothing has gone rt this past yr. From taking care of my dad, watching him die, rushing our cat, not once but twice to the emergency rm and taking my bf to the ER all with in the very same wk. followed by one tragedy after another and working around so much negativity. All I needed, was my time off extended because the day I was suppose to start my mental health leave, my bfs father had a heart attack. I’m balling, I’m telling her everything that has gone on and why I can’t hold it together any more. Never once complaining about my job. She finally speaks up. Never once stopping me by saying something to get me to calm down, breathe, nothing. She finally chimed in with “why don’t you quit your job? “ a job I’ve been at for 20yrs. I lost it. I was already in crisis having a mental breakdown rt then. So I questioned her as to why is tht an option. I was so upset in the verge of killing myself. I jst needed someone to hear me and help me. She then…. As she’s reaching for the button, she says. and I quote “Danielle, I can’t help you *click*” needless to say it almost didn’t end very well for those tht love me. I left my house ready to drive head on into a brick wall. Has anyone in the mental health field ever helped you want to end truly end it? Well, here you have it folks. Raji is her name. Please seek help elsewhere if you’re truly looking for help to feel ok again.

A class action lawsuit was started against this company. Billing stole $300+ from me charging my debit card outside of a payment plan we agreed on.

Lifestance Company is so awful! Couldnt even make an appt. For mental health without putting my card on file, they forced me , only so they can take money out of my bank account whenever they want? Crazy ! A Violation! Asked them to take my card off file! Hope they did! They say I owe money,but have three good insurances! They switich me from Shrink to Shrink, on my 2nd therapist. Billing dept. Sucks! Bad company.

A copy of this email is being provided to Sharp Health Plan as I believe they need to contract with a new mental health provider. It's difficult for me to imagine a worse mental health provider than Lifestance. First, my original lifestance doctor leaves the company and no one bothers to tell me until it's time to renew my prescription. Of course there are no appointments for several weeks, but I take the first available appointment despite requiring me to drive an hour out of my way and despite having run out of my medication. The appointment day arrives, I drive an hour to Oceanside, only to find out my appointment had been canceled and no one told me. The front desk blames the corporate office for this, even though they admitted to canceling the appointment themselves. Essentially no one takes any responsibility. This is after an email and phone call confirming my appointment by the way. So I leave and try to schedule yet another appointment, again for several weeks later. That appointment day arrives, and I drive 40 minutes to Poway only to receive a phone call when I'm 5 minutes away, telling me the doctor I was scheduled with does not prescribe stimulants and thus cannot help me. At this point I'm without my medication for about 2 months. I have absolutely zero confidence that my next appointment will actually happen (why would I?) and given how things are going, I'm sure that appointment, too, will be several weeks away. What even is the purpose of a mental health provider that doesn't keep their appointments and can't renew their patients prescriptions in a timely manner? How and why should I have any confidence that the person I speak to next will schedule me with a doctor that can actually help, and won't turn me away at the door? At what point does Lifestance bare some sort of responsibility for the mistreatment of their patients mental health? Lifestance has a late cancelation fee, but where's my reimbursement?
