This review is written with the hope that this company and their doctors will have more accountability for their practices and to their patients. Two years, and the medications the doctor prescribed are never all sent in on time, some of the wrong ones are filled at the pharmacy, and I usually have to make several calls back and forth between pharmacy, Lifestance front line, etc etc. Without spending anymore of my time describing that this happens on a regular basis, I call every time, it’s “looked into “ every time and the same problems happens every time. This is dangerous, sloppy and irresponsible as wel as inexcusable In any business, much more so a medical practice- and the fact that doctors are contracted a certain way is not an excuse but negligence. If this happens once to you, more than once, leave… and make sure to report this so that something is done for the sake of others and in correcting the medical practice. In general. Dangerous .

I’m able to talk to and see my doctor without having to travel from my home. The sessions have been very helpful, thorough, and timely. Tele-conferencing is a good way for me since I live in a rural area and have to travel 25 to 40 miles for these services. I’m currently scheduled for weekly sessions.

Really like the therapist we found. Hate the McDonalds drive thru approach to therapy however! Don’t need anything but your 40 min!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not recommend. The staff are rude and unhelpful (especially the intake coordinator Jessica S!). The provider I was assigned when I specifically requested grief therapy was a childhood child education therapist and her only discussion with me about my grief was a recommendation to get into a grief group and watch funny movies. She then spent a lot of time talking about herself, and her and fulfilled dream job. She actually left the practice after we've had two sessions, and I scheduled another virtual appointment with a new provider. I then received confirmation for a in person appointment 50 miles from my home, and when I called to change that to virtual, I've been received all new patient paperwork which I had filled out several weeks before for my other provider. I called to ask and was told these are automated messages. Overall I have gotten NO help and lots of frustration (and this has taken 8 months to even get this far!). I cancelled my appointment and have given up trying to get any help. Lifestance made a bad situation much worse.

Don’t get call back from the therapist. Told me I could call her number Than tells me to go thru portal. I needed to talk to her right away. Having problem with my med. need help now Call office takes forever get thru to someone

Apparently this company likes to take money from you without giving you an invoice like soon as you walk out the door without telling you.

This is a scam to prey on people seeking therapy. They just want your money and they get it by putting your credit card on file so they can charge you if you’re late or miss an appointment. I wish I’d come here before making an appointment. I made an appointment online - as was repeatedly recommended as I waited on hold for ages. I listed my personal issues, provided health insurance and all the data relevant to making a doctor’s appointment. Even with all that, I received several voice messages a day asking me to call them back to provide them with “final details” so they could confirm my appointment. So, I called back (it took several tries because the hold times are terrible!) to find that the final detail they needed was my credit card information. What a waste of time. If it weren’t for these kinds of truly terrible people, I wouldn’t need a therapist!!
