Not worth time or energy. Please try to find somewhere else. Review 1: My experience with the nurse practitioner was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only was she profoundly unprofessional, but she displayed a shocking lack of competence when it came to my son's condition. She failed to follow up on his medication, instead choosing to blame my current pregnancy (that has nothing to do with the situation or my ability to function) on today’s call and even the pharmacy (apparently an overworked pharmacist needs to pick up the slack). When I questioned the appropriateness of a new suggested medication, she once again brought up my pregnancy and questioned my judgment. It turns out, upon further research, that the the new suggested medication should never have been considered in this situation. Her disregard for my son's well-being and her constant blame-shifting left me completely appalled. Review 2: Our encounter with the psychologist was equally disheartening. Despite extensive coaching on my son's communication condition and the importance of building a connection with him, the psychologist showed no interest in doing so. She spent a mere 5 to 10 minutes per session, never attempting to know my son or utilize the tools I provided from reputable universities. After investing over four months of time and effort, the psychologist suddenly quit, stating she couldn't comprehend the need for a connection in the room. It was clear that she had no intention of getting to know my son or using the resources available to help him. This experience was a profound disappointment. In addition, it's worth noting that having two forms of insurance further compounded our troubles. Overall, this ordeal left us feeling completely let down and frustrated.

Was referred to a therapist and she straight up scammed me. Pretended to have a connection issue for the entire hour and wasted my time. Had the audacity to bill me for it. She didn’t say a single word and was occasionally moving her mouse around and SNACKING. As I was sitting there patiently for her to figure out the “connection issue”. I know she heard and was able to see me. I could hear myself on her end with the echo. I moved my camera and as soon as I moved mine; she moved her. SCAMMERS

The intake person speaks too quickly and when asked to repeat, shows hostility. I need the ultimate service but not the attitude given upfront. This person needs to be relieved of her duties.

$23.38 charge for a simple 15 minute phone call back in May, 2023. No problem. I was told I was contacting the wrong person during my visit and that I "don't need their services." Now, in August I get an online statement from them saying I owe $197. I call and ask what that's about and they say they cannot find my account and call back if I receive another statement. I received a paper statement yesterday, now detailing the charges, and the total amount charged was $455, with a balance of $197.44 due. What is going on??? No one can answer my phone calls or questions when they eventually pick up, and apparently my account there doesn't even exist. I've already filed on their BBB page too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER.

Therapist are great , no complains there. Be carefull with their billing and their $50.00 "no show" fees. I had some appointments canceled by them and system issues in their part where I was unable to log in for my appoinment and still got charge their fees. I am now dealing with $250 of no show fees. I reach out to their billing department back in June with no call backs. Reached out again in August to the local office with no call back. I called today and was told that I would get a phone call back as the manager at Lake Nona was busy.... will see...in the mean while I am been threatened to be send to collections

I am having the same issues with billing, and I cannot get ahold of anyone who will call me back.

Never never never use this practice. They are so fraudulent. I am in the process of filing a legal complaint with the state. I was told over a year ago one cost of out of pocket treatment. We went to several appointments and paid that amount without any issue. I then got a bill 6 months later for a bill 4 TIMES that amount. I have been fighting ever since, and no one EVER gets back to you. I sit on hold for hours. I work all day, how the heck am I supposed to sit on hold and wait. Oh, don't use their "convenient feature" to be called back, they won't call back. There is a law about transparency in billing. This is straight up FRAUD. They keep saying that they are looking into it. Here we are at a year. I am tired of waiting. I am reporting them to the state. Done! I am also contacting a lawyer for a Cease and Desist. I don't owe you, I am not going to pay you, leave me alone and stop trying to rip people off!!! Do not go here, there are honest and better doctors out there.
