I have been going to Lense crafters over 20 years I must say I like the eye dr /exams but I can not give a number for how BAD THEiR QUALITY is on these lenses . I had a Waranty so I got a replacement for the scratched lenses and when they gave me a replacement Lense in TWO WEEKS the coating was all coming off ,they would not do a single thing but offer me 50% off another pair !!!! Why would I want to do that and I have heard this from a few co workers also ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Their lenses at all !!!!!! Terrible 😣 customer service!!!!

When we ordered glasses for my elderly mother the help was ok, longer wait one individual on the floor, She had to use the restroom and none where available, this is not customer friendly environment, will shop at a more friendly establishment next time

Easy to navigate, very direct, great step by step. Would love to have definitions of the measurements as some people didn't get those. ( V.A. is hard to get those from) but ultimately it's a 10 for me!!!

Unprofessional and horrible service!!! I've been a loyal customer of Lenscrafters for years. In October 2022, I brought in a new prescription. Shortly after, I started to experience some discomfort. I went back to see my doctor and after she checked my eyes and the glasses, she told me that the prescription wasn't executed properly. I went back to Lenscrafters and ask them to fix it. First of all, they couldn't find me in the system, the CSR had put me under someone else profile. Then, when they finally retrieved my info, they acted like I was the one who was supposed to tell them what to do, saying that if these instructions were on my prescription, they would have added them. They ask me to pay an additional fee to fix the glasses. No empathy, no apologies, nothing! I went back home, and I found the doctor's prescription and guess what? It did have all the info. I immediately filed a complaint that nobody responded to. I will be complaining to the Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau. Extremely unpleasant experience. Since I don't trust them with my eyes anymore, I had to go buy new lenses somewhere else.

First off the fact that I can see a lot better now is big and is so easy to get what I want online and done so fast I think it was like four days which to me is quick thank you so much for your help

We have been Lenscrafter customer for so many years already. Annual exam has zero co-pay with our insurance but lenscrafter charged us $40 copay for each one of us. When I questioned and verified that’s when they admitted that it’s a charge for that mandatory digital eye exam. It is an unnecessary eye exam but they will not allow you not to waive it. Then I was told to pay $65 each as our copay for our frame and lenses. I have to dispute again because all the add-ons I chose are basic with our insurance coverage. After scrutiny, that was when I was told that $65 is charge for another mandatory digital something. They are charges, not copay. But they use the term copay so that they will get less scrutiny. My conclusion? Silently they are ripping off all their clients without truthfully explaining what are those charges.

Unbelievably unprofessional business! They called me an hour before my scheduled appointment and told me they were going to give my appointment away if a walk in were to get there before me. I live 40+ minutes away and was almost out the door. They said that they implemented a new policy that if the patient doesn't confirm their appointment they day before, they would automatically give my spot away. They literally gave me one chance to confirm and I had less than 24 hours notice. I checked all my text messages, emails and voicemails and only had ONE voicemail. He told me they sent out 2 messages and 2 emails and two voicemails. I had ONE freaking voicemail. A business that doesn't communicate and state their new policies upfront (that you have to confirm) and lies about how many messages they sent out, is automatically losing my business! I'm not one to go on a rant or write a bad review but guys... this was just a terrible experience!!! I was even planning on buying a few pairs of designer glasses with upgrades. Oh well, I guess they're not hurting...
