I bought glasses and 4 weeks later I have no glasses. I was told 10 days when I bought them. I have called three times and each time I have been given a different story. The first time l called they said the prescription came back incorrect and they had been sent back.Today I was told the lenses are out of stock and they are ordering me better lenses at no cost. When I asked how long she said a week. I explained that I'm having double vission and getting horrible headaches and I need my glasses.I asked to speak to the manager but of course not in. I don't believe a word they are telling me. Worst service ever.

Annual eye exam used my insurance to buy new frames and lenses. Less than two months the lenses started to pull away from the drama causing chipping along the top. Took them in the lady agreed I did not damage them and explained those lenses are good to put in those frames as they will chip like I experienced - at no time when selling them to me was I advised this. She said because I did not purchase the warranty they will not fix but then tried to sell me new lenses for over $200 - this is wrong with n so many levels and for sure not a way to stand behind your product- my wife just ordered her new glasses over $500 I will have her cancel if this is how you treat customers-

Went for glasses adjustment waited for my turn..waited..waited.. then customer behind me was waited on. Then waited again, at this point rep that took my information I saw her leaving w/nothing being said as to why I wasn't waited on,this is unprofessional and highly unacceptable for customers.

Needed new glasses after Cataract surgery. Have previously worn Ray Ban for about 12 years. So, stuck with same brand, different frames. Wore then for a few weeks and realized they were too heavy for me. I returned to the Lens Crafters to see what they could do about my problem, Voila!! A 30 day "Happiness Guarantee"!!!! Got a lighter frame, no questions asked, no eye rolls, no attitude !! Two weeks later had my new Ray Bans!! Thank You Lens Crafters!!!! No other way to purchase glasses!!!!

I found a great fit for me.

Purchased Burberry frames/glasses at Lenscrafters. Very poor quality. The temple fell off the hinge in 6 weeks of normal wear. I did not buy the warranty. I no longer live near a Lenscrafter store (150 mile round trip). I called the store and the store said there is no place I could send them for repair and likely they could not repair them anyway. I would have to pay to repair/replace since I did not buy the warranty. I should not have to buy a warranty to cover poor quality!

I am very pleased with my two purchases with Len Crafters. I ordered two pair of Versace frames and both were fitted and feel great. Thanks to the knowledgeable staff and speedy processing. I am completely satisfied with my purchases. I will be returning for more frames whether in-store or online.
