Never place an order online with LensCrafters
I am sharing a recent messed up experience with LensCrafters "Online" shop. I ordered my prescription glasses to be delivered to 77010 Houston, Texas. Even after sharing my prescription and following up via chat, email and phone with clear instructions the order was messed up as wrong number was put on. I understand mistake happens, however the company should react swiftly to rectify. However, this was not the case. Customer care was not flexible, misinformed about 'how to return' etc. etc. My conclusion & feedback is "Never" to do business with such companies. Thank You
