Fast, easy and plenty of options that worked with my insurance

Zero stars is what they really deserve. They promised my prescription glasses in 2 weeks. Here it is week #3, no glasses. The lenses weren’t even shipped yet, no explanation why and no ETA. No customer service as to accommodating me at all. This is unacceptable and I won’t be going to any Lens Crafters ever again, plus they are way to expensive.

My puppy chewed up my glasses. LensCrafters were able to bend them back into place and make them wearable again. I did not get my glasses at Lens crafters , but I sure will be getting my next pair there. They had great customer service.

Stay away from LensCrafters friendly shopping center if you leave in the Greensboro area!!!!!! It takes them a full two weeks to get your glasses in!!!! If you decide to use LensCrafters go to Hanes mall in Winston salem, they are a bit faster. I called everyday after 7 days to see if my glasses came in and they act like I am bothering them!!! If I shell 700+ out of my pocket yes I expect my glasses asap. At this point I will just go back to my old eye doctor with my entire family because the speed of LensCrafters and be able to get your glasses same day was what made me switch and if they can deliver at least 7 days they are as good as any other place. Pfffffff

LensCrafters provides excellent service, from the Occulus doctors, to great sales with fashionable, high quality glasses. I ordered online and had my glasses delivered to the local store which made for fast delivery and excellent customer service in my local store. I highly recommend ordering from Lenscrafters online.
