Photo color was wrong
It wasn't the same frame color I seen in the photo, Vogue 4088, online. It was supposed to be darker beige on top and it is all gold frame.

I thought it ordered wire rims with…
I thought it ordered wire rims with just the pink color at the top and also they were supposed to turn rose colored in the sun ...these are Ralph Loren cat eyed thick rim ....

Received glasses damaged within protective case
Received glasses. However, frame appears to be damaged. It's bent both directions. Lenses particularly one lense is not aligned and appears to be loose. Not sure if that's repairable. I'd rather return and get my money back. Guessing the frames were rushed and did not go through QC. This was my first order at this company and I won't be purchasing again from glasses.com.

Not anti-reflective lenses as ordered
I needed glasses with the anti-reflective feature so i can drive at night and received just plain lenses so I cannot use them

Received a cracked Oakley frame
Received a cracked Oakley frame. They won’t send the replacement until the receipt of the defective frame.

original purchase is from 2024 and outside the Meta warranty timeframe and replacements follow that original purchase date so this is now outside the warranty time frame.
