The customer service rep was excellent to deal with. She was courteous and knowledgeable of process and procedures. Using the customer service links was frustrating as I was continually re- routed and disconnected several times. The return process needs to be simplified.

I had problems with my glasses several times but in the end the manager at Quaker Bridge Mall came through for me. She talked with her manager, and I am receiving a new set of glasses for free. I want to thank her for taking the time to make this happen.

Location: 5535 W Loop 1604 N, San Antonio, TX 78253 We came in to get glasses. Next door was the actual Optometrist Clinic, so it made it very convenient as they were both covered in our insurance. However, a sales clerk ran CareCredit as a regular credit card rather than as the interest free promo. The Management was very quick to fix things. My husband returned the next day and we got two pairs of my Swarovski and my husband got Oakley wrap around sunglasses and regular script. The customer service was top notch. They are very busy, so expectations should be that they do not rush their clients. So being a little patient pays off greatly. Only one star taken off because I explicitly stated that it had to be run as the promo. Glasses didn’t take more than two weeks and one pair for me was available within days. I highly recommend giving them a chance. Yes, they are not the cheapest but they take care of you and have a decent warranty.

I would have given five stars, but a few issues: 1) The music in the store is loud and obnoxious. We purchased the Nuance Audio glasses, which feature a built-in hearing aid. These have to be calibrated. It is impossible to do in the store because of the loud music. 2) The staff were sitting around when we came in. When we asked questions about the Nuance app or glasses, they didn't know the answers. If you have time to sit around, you have time to take a training course and learn about your products. I'm tech-savvy and figured it out, but I made this purchase for my 86-year-old Mom. She could never have done it on her own, and no one in the store could offer any assistance. If the rating were just for the glasses, I would have given five stars. The Nuance glasses are a fantastic product.

Easy online purchase of rx glasses. Multiple errors trying to create a Lens Crafters account during and after purchasing just 3 to 4 stars for me.

I used the "dot" technique to set pupilary distance. While wearing existing glasses (that you like), focus on an object 20 feet away, and without moving your head, place a dot with a marker on the lens for each eye. Then measure the space between the dots.

I placed my vision prescription online. Had trouble placing order because when I added the Welcome $10 off code, it removed my insurance info. Had to get online help. She worked everything out but still could not get my $10 off because it was all paid by insurance except for the $30 I paid for repair insurance. Then Lens Crafters had problem readingcperscription. BUT WHAT MADE IT WO GREAT WAS I RECEIVED MY COACH GLASSES IN ABOUT 3 OR 4 DAYS. AND I LOVE THEM!

The ease of actually filling in my prescription was simplified. Good quality frames at a resonible price. Will definetly recommmend.
