The worst company you can get your glasses from They are so slow for an international company They also lie about shipping dates

I went to the Lenscrafters on Pico Blvd hoping to fix my favorite pair of sunglasses. Jennie welcomed me and said they could help me. Sergio took my glasses back and brought them back fixed, with tighter screws, and clean! What excellent, quick service. I'll plan to return to Lenscrafters thanks to this excellent service.

I was told I was receiving a refund from the Holmdel NJ store which since 1/23/23 remains unpaid to the financial institution they issued the credit. I have contacted the store/corporate office too many times to count. As of our last communication three and half months past the repayment date, they claim to have sent a check to my home but can't provide a tracking number via UPS or any further explanation. Most likely because a check was never sent. No check..no tracking number. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in OH and hope other defrauded consumers do the same. How many consumers have been hoodwinked by this large, corporate entity in their refusal to not pay bonafide refunded amounts to customers? It's against every business policy known in the US and it's shameful.

Just had an eye exam and new prescription readers and I can’t see anything out of them,thank goodness I have insurance!Terrible!

My husbands glasses (his nose clip )broke and so we went to LensCrafters in Lasalle Place Angrignon today at around 11:45 to see if they would fix them for us. no questions asked the employee took his glasses fixed them cleaned them and all this free of charge! Wow that is a client experience that is rare thank you to this amazing girl and to LensCrafters for above and beyond Customer experience. M.Dalonzo

My new glasses caused me headache. I went back and was told to wear glasses more consistently to get used to it and also go back to the doctor to get re-evaluated. I did both and then went back to Lens Crafter. Manager wa snot there and I was asked to call back. I called back and now manager is saying it is past 30 days and they cannot do anything. I and my family has been customers for many years getting our glasses made every year. I was asked to send email with details, but got no response.

Went to lenscrafters in January 2023, bought a pair of glasses which was priced over $2000 but with 50% off ok very expensive even at half price. The lens needed to be corrected and to this day still waiting for that to happen. I'm only one customer but i would never buy glasses from them again.

On 3/14/23 I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses at the LensCrafters in Triangle Town Center. I don't wear sunglasses often. I took the glasses back on 4/20/23 and asked to remake the lenses because they were defective. They said they would do it but it would cost me $25. I don't think a company as large as LensCrafters should charge to fix their mistakes. My family and I have been getting our glasses there since it opened in the mall. But this is the last time I purchased from them.
