Too bad
This company is not a company for someone who needs glasses quickly. I went to claim them three times after the 10 days that they assured me it would not take longer than that and even today I have not received them. Today is Friday November 25, 2024. I bought them in the city of Leominster, MA and my name is Gabriel. Just in case.

staff do not pick up phone when one calls there
it would be decent of the staff there if someone would PICK UP THE PHONE when a customer calls there.....

Dreadful experience with LensCrafters…
Dreadful experience with LensCrafters website. It continually crashes throughout all phases of selection and ordering along with efforts to correct DOB and submit profile updates. I’ve tried to send an email of the issues and the hyperlinks will not work (topic selection, SUBMIT button). All the dysfunction lead me to be highly skeptical of purchasing eyeglasses online (fear they will be poorly made) and that guarantees of free replacement or corrections will not be made.

The Lenscrafters site is HORRIBLE
The Lenscrafters site is HORRIBLE! The site continues to CRASH, and it's a waste of time. Find another company because you will build a complete cart, and the site will log you out and not save any of the information you have updated. This is the worst site I have ever experienced. I have been trying this for a week now. I have contacted customer service, and they are passing me around and asking me to call. If I wanted to call, then I would have called initially. The hours of operation are the same hours I work. How do they expect you to pay for your items if you're losing money to speak to them due to a billion-dollar company site not functioning properly?
