Great service

I was pleasantly surprised at the exact prescription when I ordered from Lenscrafters online. When I purchased in the store not so great. I ordered two pair, received the first within a few days, amazing! I look forward to receiving my sunglasses today with the hope they will be perfect on the prescription as well.

Eyeglasses made on easy mode. As I received my first pair, I spun the block and got another pair. I have not taken them off (Versace). I love my frames and the lenses are clear as glass.

We ordered 2 pairs ( a pair of Tiffany and other one is Prada) of prescription eye glasses on 19th of September and requested a home delivery. After much persuasion a pair has arrived (Tiffany) but not the other. 45 days are over but yet to get out Prada pair of glasses. We called several times and they keep on hold with an irritating loud music and give no tangible results except apology for the delay. We are very unsatisfied with the services and the response. I ordered a pair of glasses from the online website of Lenscrafters in August, received them and found that the prescription was incorrect. Contacted customer services and communicated with them via email. There were several days span between each email exchange I had and the issue never seemed to be getting dealt with. Finally, they just ghosted me. Unfortunately, I had to go out of town for several weeks and when I got back decided I would see if I could get this handled at an actual Lenscrafters store. The main reason I used the online website is because Lenscrafters closed the nearest store and we now have to travel over an hour to the next nearest store. The people at the store told us that the Lenscrafters website is separate from the brick and mortar stores. They attempted to work a return with the website, but it was declined. This was all really frustrating considering I've been going to Lenscrafters for decades and have probably dropped easily several thousand dollars there. The best the store could do was give me the 50% on new lenses deal on those frames. So I had the new lenses put in which are correct. Really disappointing, I will definitely never go though their website again and will most likely have to transfer our prescriptions to a new vendor since it's unreasonable to 1. ghost me on a return and 2. make me drive over an hour to the situation handled even half-way. So my advice to people is avoid the website and go to a store if you have one near you. Lost a couple hundred dollars in the deal as well, which I CANNOT AFFORD, but I have to have glasses. You can also bet I'll be hitting every review website and relating this 1 star experience in order to stop people from going through the same cr*p I did.

Great selection of frames and the staff were fast and efficient and very attentive. As a first experience I would have to rate it as excellent.
