The glasses are great quality and resemble the pictures provided perfectly. My prescriptions were perfect and it didn’t need any adjustments. The only thing I would change is their packaging. I bought four pairs of glasses and they were all delivered in separate boxes even though it was one order. Otherwise I have no complaints, I would highly recommend!

The shopping experience was pleasant and had a wide variety and great prices. I recieved my order really fast, 3 days. My prescription was on point and my glasses feel great. Overall 10 out of 10.

Ordered my sunglasses mid-week and received my glasses by the weekend when I was able to use.

I had an eye test appointment at the Pickering Town Centre branch. When confirming over the phone i made clear that unless i am seen on time, the Appointment should be rescheduled. I was assured that it was going to be ok. When i arrived, i was waiting for half an hour. When i asked the staff, i was told that things happen. I wasn’t able to wait any longer, so i had to leave without the test.

Paid over $800 for glasses online. It said it would take 2-3 weeks to get which i understood. I paid the extra money to get next day air for the glasses when they were ready since i really needed them. Around 3 weeks later i get a notification that they are shipping. They never showed up. They show delivered on the website but they never made it here. I contacted the site and let them know and they said they could replace them which would take another 3 weeks. I need the glasses and since thats all i could do i agreed. A few days after the agreement i get an email saying they need to confirm my shipping address (understood) and need a copy of my most recent prescription and it would need to be within the last year. Im at work. I dont have my prescription. Ive already sent it to you once why can you not use that? No response. Another email to them a couple days later. Where are we at with the glasses? No response. Call customer service and after the dang robot giving me endless options to be able to get to a real person it finally puts me through to the hold music. almost a half hour later listening to the music and i cant take it anymore and hang up. So here i am a week later hoping maybe this review will make someone contact me as i have now paid my money and going on a month later still have no glasses or no idea if i am even getting the glasses. For something so important to some people you would think there would be some sense of urgency when a mistake like this happens but i guess not.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. They are no more attentive in person either. Doctors are fine, but admin staff is incredibly bad.

At Lenscrafter in West Towne Mall (Madison, WI), Chad took time to give my husband the best vision check for glasses that he's ever had. To give perspective, my husband has severe glaucoma and has received multiple vision checks over the last two decades. He recently had a corneal transplant and the ophthalmology clinic took about 3 minutes to check his vision and give his Rx for glasses - the problem is that the Rx isn't right. My husband's vision is still blurry. Chad took TIME to really figure out what my husband needs in order to see the best he possibly can. Chad even took into account how thick and heavy the lens would be.
