About a month ago, I had an eye exam at LensCrafters and later ordered glasses online through their website. However, when the glasses arrived, my vision didn’t improve—in fact, it seemed worse. Frustrated, I returned to the LensCrafters store where I had my eye exam to get help resolving the issue. I was fortunate to be assisted by Talina, and I cannot say enough good things about her. If I could rate her on a scale of 1 to 10, she’d score a 100. Talina’s customer service is outstanding. Despite my frustration and emotions about the situation, she remained professional, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and ultimately fixed my glasses so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of returning them. Talina is an exceptional asset to your company and an excellent representative of LensCrafters. I highly recommend visiting her at the Boston Street store in Baltimore, MD, if you ever need assistance. She truly turned my experience around!

Easy online purchase of rx glasses. Multiple errors trying to create a Lens Crafters account during and after purchasing just 3 to 4 stars for me.

I used the "dot" technique to set pupilary distance. While wearing existing glasses (that you like), focus on an object 20 feet away, and without moving your head, place a dot with a marker on the lens for each eye. Then measure the space between the dots.

I placed my vision prescription online. Had trouble placing order because when I added the Welcome $10 off code, it removed my insurance info. Had to get online help. She worked everything out but still could not get my $10 off because it was all paid by insurance except for the $30 I paid for repair insurance. Then Lens Crafters had problem readingcperscription. BUT WHAT MADE IT WO GREAT WAS I RECEIVED MY COACH GLASSES IN ABOUT 3 OR 4 DAYS. AND I LOVE THEM!

I appreciated that the total I could see on the screen was what I actually ended up being charged. For some reason there are several glasses sites that show a low price and then increase it massively when you go to check out. LensCrafters was straightforward and showed what I would actually pay. They took my insurance and allowed me to virtually try on the glasses. This was a great experience.

I ordered prescription glasses 2 weeks ago. My order status is still Processing, so I assume they haven't shipped yet. I write to their online chat and they tell me that as soon as they're ready they will ship them by CANADA POST or DHL, and that because of the Canada Post strike, there may be delays..... REALLY? I asked them if they could make sure to use DHL instead, like, why would they use Canada Post at this moment? They told me the logistics team will choose the best carrier (lmao) and they can only add a note in the system but can't make any promises.. I'm going away for the holidays next week, without my prescription glasses.. Thanks a lot Lenacrafters!

The online system presented products, options and pricing very well. Ordering, billing and shipping were also presented and performed without issue. Great service and product.
