There's one thing that made my experience great, the woman who solved my problem. I can't credit this to "what the company did", but on one thing, the person who helped me, Precious. Having had a ton of issues with the online ordering (which needs work), Precious was able to fix the issue for me.

"I ordered prescription Ray-Ban Meta glasses on November 30th, a purchase exceeding $650. Prior to ordering, I explicitly inquired about shipping to Toronto, my upcoming relocation destination. I was assured delivery within 2-3 weeks, aligning perfectly with my holiday plans. However, the delivery process was a complete debacle. After weeks of conflicting information and missed deadlines, I finally secured a pickup date. When I requested shipping instead, I encountered further delays and incompetence. Despite numerous calls and promises, the glasses were not shipped on the agreed-upon date. The store manager's attempts to rectify the situation were ineffective and frustrating, culminating in a humiliating experience with prolonged holds and dismissive behavior. Ultimately, I was forced to accept a refund, deeply dissatisfied with the entire experience. Lenscrafters' customer service at the Bayshore Mall location is woefully inadequate. Their inability to fulfill promises, coupled with a lack of professionalism and accountability, is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store and urge Lenscrafters to address these serious issues."
