I’m very disappointed with LensCrafters…
I’m very disappointed with LensCrafters and will never again order glasses from them! I placed an order on 1/15, never even received a confirmation email, and had to call on 1/21 to get confirmation of the order. I was told the glasses would be ready in 1-2 days. I called back on 1/22 and now estimated delivery date is 2/2. I spoke to a customer service agent who was rude and tried to blame the lab delays on weather.

This was my first time ordering glasses…
This was my first time ordering glasses online and I was really worried about it. They came in and was a perfect fit and I needed no adjustment. Also it's my first pair of progressive lenses and it seriously only took a day to get use to them. I'm a very happy customer and will definately order again from LensCrafters.

I ordered a very simple prescription on Jan 5th. It appears to still be in "process". If you need glasses quick go to Costco or target.

Great selections and reliable
