LensCraftersReviews of lenscrafters.com

Need a replacement lens for my Oakley. I have one lens that is prescription and one lens that is without prescription. Quotes be a price of $595 for nonprescription replacement lens. Purchased replacement on line for $50. Don't trust these guys.

LensCrafters at Otay Ranch Mall in Chula Vista, has repaired my broken glasses, while I wait, in no time.... Great customer service and beautiful ladies, to assist you... Kudos to "Jasmine" for her great customer service!

Your store at Southlake mall in Indiana has sub par equipment. The optometrist has requested new equipment that you will not provide. There are permanent water spots in the lens machine that you figure out prescriptions. No wonder I cannot see. I have photos of the inferior equipment that you charge good money for

I give LensCrafters a bad review because For something that cost $480 to include the widest progressive lens. I found at another store and were able to add everything I needed Also very similar frame for a cost of $89.Including blue light, the widest progressive lenses available at all eye care center. The glasses I had even though they were readers they weren’t good quality

I bought 2 sets of glasses last summer one bifocal and one set of RX sunglasses that cost almost $700 for both. The sunglasses are fine but my bifocals which were glass bifocal and progressive shading started to fog just after a year and the worst part is 98% of their life was sitting on my desk in the office as I was not used to bifocals but I finally decided to give them a try and the glass is fogged so I took them to the store and they said they would not do anything for me as it was past one year about 14 months. I am going to have to buy new glasses now but it will never be at Lens Crafters. Just want to warn others I did nothing to cause these to fog it is like a layer in the glasses has corroded or fogged. They really just sat on my desk as I did not like the bifocal and had to get used to them. Did not clean them with anything except their cleaner cloth. I would not recommend Lens Crafters to anyone, ever! Buyer Beware!

Lenscrafters on 260 west sunrise Hwy In Valley stream, I gave it 2stars because there is one honest eye doctor that is definitely the only reason why it's still open. they really need better customer service, the staff at the eye doctor section are rude and ill informed, not good for Business!

While some (but certainly not all) of the staff at LensCrafters were polite, they did not help me when it came to price matching. I found a pair of frames at LensCrafters for $172 that only cost $76 online. Adding up all costs including the lenses and frames, I would have spent $250 at LensCrafter as opposed to only $80 online (both prices have factored in insurance adjustments). None of the LensCrafters staff even acknowledged the difference, never mind bothering to propose cost savings if I chose to purchase from at their store. All is well though... I have a terrific pair of Michael Kors glasses purchased from designeroptics.com for a total cost of under $80!

They don't even deserve one star. I bought two glasses the same day just to have a back up. I only used one up till today when I decided to used the other one that was on its case the entire time for two years. The coating on the glass was peeling off and their policy is only one year. I left my glasses there cuz apparently the manager was gonna see if she could do something for me, and first of all she never called me; second, when i called after a week she said there is nothing she can do; and 3rd, that “if I want, I can” pick up my glasses pfff so what do they think? that i will just give them away my Armanis frame? On top of not being helpful, they are stupid
