They are a bit pricey for contacts. Although I felt my experience I had with them was fantastic. I got something in my eye and scratched it bad. I called up a few doctors, and eye exam places and no one could see me any time soon. I called up lenscrafters and they got me an exam within an hour. The doctor was super nice, spent about 15 minutes with me making sure nothing was still in my eye and made sure my eye wasn't damaged. They only charged me 25$! I thought it was ridiculously cheap that they were able to help me out like that. The doctor was super friendly too!

Same bad experience like everyone that posted.. Any the manager in Enfield was the worst.. They take your money but when it come to service after you paid horrible.. Please just go to anyone else.. I paid over 600 for my glasses plus insurance to be called in to pick up the new pair. I ended up leaving with the same broken ones.. The eye doctor broke them and then put tape on them. I didnt have tape On them when I walked in there. Just sad the manager is the one who helped me both time and filled the order totally wrong...

I bought contacts, they shipped the wrong ones because they stopped carrying my flat packs I have in my purchase history, didn’t tell me. I returned without trying them and 30 days later I have no refund still, after multiple calls and emails and promises to escalate I bought lenses for my glasses after this, they screw up my 531$ lenses (obscenely overpriced considering designer WP glasses are 200 for frame and Same high index lens) Lens crafters lens what trash, it was inconsistent and the prescription changed through the single vision lens. The messed up the return. Then ask me to just call tomorrow, I call and am told to call my credit card company and ask them for the refund?! Is this a joke! Your job, is not my job. Never, ever using lens crafters again. Overpriced, poorly staffed and absolutely awful. Online for the contacts and in Holbrook NY for the glasses. Both experiences terrible. They also prescribed both of my eyes identical which is total bs. Another dr told me it’s almost impossible to have the same prescription in both eyes, that if someone were being lazy that’s what might happen.

After writing a poor review, I was told twice to reach out to Lenscrafters HQ. The first time, I was told I was out of luck. The second time, I received this useless message. Excellent service

Times are crazy, for sure, but a refund shouldn’t be this difficult. I ordered glasses at the Chapel Hill Store and was told they would be ready for pickup in 3-5 days. No glasses. Ten days later stores in OH close due to virus outbreak. No contact from Lenscrafters. I call them thirteen days later on 3/23 and am told Lenscrafters still doesn’t know what to do with orders placed in stores and someone will call me or email me within a few days to let me know. Crickets. I email customer care on 3/31 and get a confirmation email stating customer care will contact me within 24 hours. Crickets. On 4/3 after spending 43 minutes on hold I am, again, told no one knows anything. No refund. No word on when or if I will get glasses or a refund. But they apologize for the inconvenience. They have my $466 and the glasses. I just want a refund at this point. Lenscrafters can’t do that. What???

Terrible experience at Lens Crafters. Spent $600 on a pair of progressive glasses that they remade 3 times and they still did not work well. I had them remade higher index after my opthamologist said they were made with poor quality paying another $100 dollars for them. They still were no good. They would not refund me. I spoke to Customer service who said they could not do anything (What are they there for) They said the supervisor of store would call me and I just received a message that since it is after 30 days they could no longer help me. I have been waiting 2 weeks for their call and did not go back in the store due to the virus. This was handled so unprofessionally and I am out the money and have a pair of glasses I can no longer wear, Very poor management and service.

LensCrafters offers excellent customer service and managed to fill my prescription order online.
