The optician was very helpful while I tried on many frames (during Covid) and offered helpful advice, that seemed honest, while I chose a frame. When I picked up my glasses the framed rested on my upper cheeks, unlike when I tried them on. It was no problem and I was allowed to pick out a new frame. This time they fit fine and have worked out well for me. I would utilize their services, again.

I have ordered 4 boxes of contact lenses about two weeks ago and only received a half of it for my left eye. When I reached out to the CS, the CSR information me the item I ordered is out of stock. I asked when they will restock it, and the CSR said he has no idea. Why don't they mention on their website when item is out of stock? What is the point of sending contact lenses for only right eye?

Mt Pleasant, SC Town Center Lenscrafters. Glasses arrived after they Lenscrafters "Promise Date", and they were scratched when they arrived. The assistant manager was very condescending and rude and acted like they were doing me a favor by fixing the glasses. Assistant Manager tried to charge me an additional $5.42 as he indicated they had made a mistake in the original invoice.

We made an appointment with LensCrafters in the Edison Mall, Ft. Myers Florida. Prior going to see the Doctor my wife and I decided to look over the frames first, simply because after they dilate your eyes it's hard to pick out something you like. The people in there acted like we didn't exist, totally ignoring us and we were in the store from 5:00 p.m. until 5;30. Our appointment was for next door so we went to the LensCrafters eye doctor. The tech was very unfriendly and acted like we were bothering him and then that's when my wife and I noticed he started taking other people before us even though he checked us in first and our appointment was for 5:30 p.m.. There is NO government mandate in the State of Florida stating we need to wear masks. When we made our appointments we asked at that time if we needed to wear masks, in which case we would have gone else where. We were told it was optional. After having to waiting a good amount of time he casually says; oh BTW you need to wear a mask or no visit with Dr. Sanchez. We cancelled both of our appointments and this guy gave the impression he was extremely happy with cancelling. I have been a patient for many years with the doctor and LensCrafter and spent a lot of money there, never and no more will I go there. If I could have given them no stars I would have.

I am a long time LensCrafters customer and have spent thousands of dollars on lens and frames with them over the year. This past month I visited their Santa Fe location to purchase new lens for some existing frames. My initial fitting experience was TERRIBLE -- the technician who prepared the order was completely bored with his job and barely interacted with me. I purchased the lens for almost $500 and went to pick them up yesterday (July 1st when New Mexico COVID guidelines were fully relaxed and the state is OPEN) When I walked into the store I was abruptly (and rudely) told by an employee that masks were required because they are a "medical facility" ... even though the store has ZERO signage informing customers of the mask requirement ZERO! When I asked the technician for a mask to comply I was told they don't provide them even though they are apparently a "medical facility" My entire experience from start to end with Lenscrafters was 100% disappointing and I wasn't even allowed a proper fitting to ensure the $500 lens are a correct fit. I then reached out to LensCrafters Customer Service to provide some feedback. They claim that customer feedback is VERY important & taken seriously -- however the email response I got back was formulaic and didn't even address my issues. Is this the best that LensCrafters can do???

Bought Persol frames on line and had prescription lenses installed with up-charge for scratch coating. Came back 5 weeks later after I dropped glasses and both lenses had minor scratches in field of vision. Tech told me my scratched lenses would not be replaced and no possible repair. Complete scam of an operation and waste of money. Avoid this operation at your peril tj Mcc Houston Tx/ Gray Street Store

I didn't make an appointment and I had a lot of questions. Monica (the young lady assisting me) was fantastic! She was super knowledgeable and very patient while I tried on more than 12 different frames. All my insurance-related questions were answered and she was very thorough in her explanation about my progressive lens prescription. The entire team at The LensCrafters located in the Presidio Towne Center, Fort Worth, Texas supported Monica in helping locate the ideal frames for me. I would highly recommend Len Crafters Presidio Towne Center, Fort Worth. 5 Star customer experience!
