I initially became a customer in 1997. Upon returning to Canada have remained with Lenscrafter. Some previous visits in the last few months l experienced some less than satisfactory customer service. Today my visit was so more pleasant. Selena at Square one is so friendly and professional. My faith in Lenscrafter has been renewed today. I ordered glasses at the Galleria Lenscrafter store in Ft. Lauderdale. I and opted for close vision only rather than transitional. When I tried them on at the store I realized that I had made a big mistake. The salesperson, Aaron Aligood told me that he could fix this easily and then proceeded to take the time to educate me about my options so I could make a decision that was perfect for me. In the end, I didn't mind spending a little more to get exactly what I needed, and actually bought an additional pair of prescription sunglasses while I was there because he made the process so easy. Woodbine center is one the best lenscrafter. The staff like Susan azzez and lab tech Jackie are great

Ordered a pair of sunglasses with Progressive lens. Came back but the lens was incorrect. They sent back and had them redone. This time lens was correct but sunglasses were wraparounds and I could not get used to them, caused me to be nauseous. I took them back and received a full refund and they were so nice and professional about the refund, can't say enough nice things about the Beavercreek Lenscrafters.

I arrived for my eye appointment 10 mins early, which was at 4:00pm. I was not seen until 4:50pm. They told me they only had 2 doctors for the day and they were behind. However, I did not expect to wait almost 1hr to be seen Once, I was seen, it only took about 5 mins and it was over. The exam felt rush and not complete. I will not go back there. I have been going to this location for my eye exams over 10yrs and will not go back!!! Some of the staff there is unprofessional and rude! Also, Nicole the receptionist at the front desk was rude and unprofessional to me and the tech who did my pre eye exam. She walk in on the pre exam and demand the tech stop with me and take someone else. She is very rude and was a bully to the tech.

I went into LensCrafters at Anderson Towne Center on August 6, 2021, with a pair of glasses I had accidentally stepped on. I was greeted by Hannah - I assumed she was simply a salesperson. Not so! She got out several pieces of equipment and went to work to repair the bent frames and missing screw. My mom and I left the glasses with her while we shopped at Macy's. When we returned to LensCrafters, my glasses, now in pristine condition, awaited me. There was no charge. Thanks for a great experience!

This company has been around for a long time however they are a little pricey for what you get. Many of their frames are now made in China, however they are still really expensive. I used to be a long time customer however, there are cheaper options now and I'm not sure that they are worth the price.

I got an eye exam and purchased frames. When the glasses came in, something was wrong. I could not see crisply and clearly. Frames seemed too big (I am very petite). Ordered new frames. New glasses came in and I still cannot see clearly. (Stopped at a light, the license plate in front of me is fuzzy like any second, things will focus but they don't.) I told them this at the store. They said let's check the prescription to make sure it is correct. According to them, it is perfect and the problem is me. I am supposed to get used to the new glasses. I think the purpose of glasses is to assist your eyes with focus. I don't think your eyes are supposed to adjust to the lenses. A very expense addition to my cannibal collection that I will use to make my 4 year old glasses last until I can find a competent provider. LensCrafters is not that provider. I will make that complaint to my insurer.
