Went to the store in Oakville Place a year ago to get new glasses. $600 and they didn’t sit right on my face almost from the get go. Went back twice for them to half heartedly warm up the handles and “fix them”. They warped right back hours later. The handles snapped off and are now being held together by glue because I can’t afford a new pair as I’m on Disability. Absolute garbage and waste of money.

I had the pleasure of excellent customer service from Shanice opticians located at your Pico location. Shanice helped me with fixing the frames I brought in. I didn’t have to wait and a pleasure to have worked with. I feel Shanice will be a great asset to your company . I look forward to coming in again soon and having her as my. I've been using Sears optical for years and never had an issue!!!! When their optical and store closed down, I decided to try LensCrafters as recommended by a colleague. I had new glasses and sunglasses from LensCrafters. I was leaving work one day and about to drive off. One of the lens fell out from my glasses, thank God I didn't get far as I had to park again to fix it. My sunglasses had it's lens fall out now....how is that possible?!?. shouldn't parts last longer for such an expensive cost?!? I'm never going back to LensCrafters in Coral springs again. Smh.

LensCrafters does not honor sale prices if you pay with insurance, they charge you full price. Ralph Lauren 5103 frames on sale for $113.50. Confirm through chat representative. Go to use my insurance with $130 coverage, and the price of frames instantly doubles to $227. The chat rep, Tianna D, says "Only one can be used, either the sale or the insurance but both cannot be applied...That is our policy, you get the sale price or regular price through insurance." "Where in writing?" I ask. She responds in "FAQ." I asked for a specific link providing that in writing, she refuses and ends the chat on me. Except FAQ does not say that. Anywhere. What does it matter who pays for it? How do you bill me double for Frames that are on sale and advertised at 50% less? I have the chat transcript....

Waste of time. I have a tough prescription. I showed the prescription up front and asked which groups/brands of frames could accommodate it. I was told to look in an area that was predominantly Oakley. Found a frame, went thought the whole process only to find at the end that the frame would not work. In fact no Oakleys would work. I walked out. Waste of an hour.

Not the most knowledgeable, I may have had a new employee. Need new glasses, and decided to look elsewhere. Update 6/9/2023: Only took over 2 years to get an autoreply link asking about my recent experience??? Lowered 2 stars to 1 star.

Had an appointment with LensCrafters on 11.5.2021 in Palm Desert (Macy's Shopping Center) at 10:00am I had arrived at 9:30 am, only to be told by other stores nearby, that the Mall opens at 11:00am-I did not receive any other instructions that there is another entrance- Received by text, that I need fill out medical forms before coming for the appointment-which I am totally opposed to,-I do not want my personal information go public, in which could be used for other purposes. The male clerk could have informed me while I had made the appointment, that there is an entrance in a different location , then the mall. I called back next day, was put on hold did not come back-called back, could not get through- I had missed mu Doctors appointment, plus LensCrafter has lost my business. Nobody needs by be treaded like this-

Wow- stay away! Destiny USA location in CNY. Pd over $500 for glasses & in writing stated I can replace within 1 year- for any reason. Was told, if I got eye exam new rx would be used. Nope, I was verbally abused by staff. Called mgr Annette. She said she would talk to girls & put new rx in new glasses. I’ve called for 3 moths & told, not in. Today 2 same girls yelled, one called me a foul name. I was told only lenses came. I had to pay more for full pair. It was suppose to be a total pair! Hung up on. Called cust svc- most don’t know English. Ignored & hung up on! FRAUD!!
