Worst pair EVER had, uber heavy, Must Wipe ea.10 min.! , literally a real oil catcher, and 3 sizes too small so yet once again for the 3rd time (the 1st 2 times they stiffed me with child-size frames and I am a middle-age adult.) So therefor these are completely worthless (for anything nut to donate to the poor in Africa). They ALWAYS lie and say they van bow the legs; do NOT trust them; make them bend the legs to fit BEFORE making the glasses lenses! The $10 frames from Walmart are a zillion times better, even old by several years prescription & that is what I am forced to wear thanks to these people making less 3 or 4 times heavier (even though same prescription) and the lens crafter glasses are literally a body-oil magnet and MUST be wiped repeatedly EVERY 10 minutes-- I am NOT kidding at all. Worst company, products, service ever. Grooves on the sides of my head after 30 minutes wearing them, nut that is the least concern if cannot ever see through them and heavy as hell. Pure trash. Irredeemable glasses. I sincerely hope they go belly up. This is the 3rd time this place has stuck it to me, but actually the worst of all 3 times. It is like they hate people (and are forced to sell junk). I ALWAYS wear a 51 to 54 and inside the leg said 43 or 47 (it rubbed off right away. As usual, no one knows how to measure a round head. Just Empty broken promises that they would fit. NOW I know why they refused to tell me what my measurements were versus what size the frames were. Refer no 1 to here!

Michael is an amazing manager who is helping us get the glasses we ordered on november1st 2021and not received yet. he is so helpful. I hope everyone is telling him thank you because he deserves it.

I recently purchased glasses from another store. They didn't fit well and they didn't seem interested or able to do anything. My wife, a long time Lens Crafter customer suggested I ask if they would be willing to try. With reluctance and a red face, I approached their office. Their positive attitude immediately put me at ease. After a very few minutes of adjustment, I left with complete satisfaction. The old saying was true: "You often get what you pay for." However: My discount specs were made whole by "top quality service.". Thanks to Audrey & Andrea for their help today. I guess you know where I will go when these need to be replaced.

I ordered and paid for a pair of prescription sunglasses. I was told that it could take up to 2 weeks. Now 3 weeks later no sunglasses.

I did not want to leave a complaint here, because I know NOONE is reading them but I have tried to call the corporate office on several occasions and there is no operator to help callers. So, here is my story. --- My husband was just diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. 2 weeks prior to that his vision went blurry, when he previously had perfect eyesight. So, we went to Lenscrafters to get contacts/glasses. During the first visit we attempted to tell the doctor about the diabetes and how sudden the change was, but he did not seem concerned and said that his eye problems were likely not caused by the diabetes. When my husband left, they gave him a pair of contacts that they said were "close" to his prescription. He could not see out of them; they were blurry and the doctor said it was because they were close and not exact. Exactly one week -to the day- they called us and said his glasses were in. He was so excited because he has been unable to see for close to 4 weeks. He went to pick up his glasses and he still couldn't see! So, the Doctor took him back to redo his exam and the doctor told him that his eyes went from a +1.25 to a +4 in one week. We know this cannot be true because even the "close" contacts were not close. The Doctor made a mistake. This series of events did not surprise me because the doctor was not listening to us at all he seemed to be just going through the motions. (He also took a smoke break between clients.) The second visit was even more strange, because the Doctor appeared intoxicated; he seemed to have trouble standing and was wobbly, using the wall to hold him up as he went out for another smoke break. The receptionist at the desk told us that there used to be a female Doctor there, who they begged to stay on contract due to being unable to find a replacement. She said the female doctor agreed to stay, but now will not show up to work or answer phone calls. Also, one of the floor guys who helped us with our glasses was more interested in a football game he had playing on his phone with headphones than he was in helping us; he rushed us through the whole process. When we went back yesterday we found out the sunglasses that my husband wanted they COULD do after this guy told us last week it was impossible because he was too busy to really look it up. We have spent over $2000.00 with u in the past 2 weeks. The girl we delt with yesterday and the Desk Girl Rachel were amazing and both need a raise. They are the only two people that gave a crapt! I would like someone in the corporate office to email me about this. This location on Airport Blvd. in Mobile, Al is not professional. The only person in there that had a good attitude was the receptionist, Rachel, at the desk and it was obvious that she was doing way more than her fair share. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. We'll see how long that takes.

My partner had glasses ordered by her parents as a gift on Black Friday for her birthday. She had to wait on confirmation from LensCrafters that they received her prescription from her eye doctor. The timeframe for that exchange of information between LensCrafters and the doctor was supposed to happen within 10 days or else my partners order is to be apparently cancelled. LensCrafters sent an e-mail at the end of LensCrafters' workday to my partner on the 9th day to let her know that they can't seem to get the information. Ok. The following morning, I drove my partner to her doctor so she can get her prescription information. My partner immediately calls LensCrafters, and texts a phone number that was provided by the representative the information that was needed to continue this transaction. The phone representative assured us everything will be okay and that was the end of the conversation. My partner later that day gets an email saying that Lenscrafters still didn't receive information from anyone, and decided to refund the order. Her mom, who wanted to gift these glasses to her has now been refunded. These glasses are now unaffordable and LensCrafters won't honor their end of their advertised promotion. I have never went out of my way to leave reviews for companies but this has been a bad experience. I would not recommend LensCrafters to anyone.

Hello Lens Crafters Executive Management, I am writing this review to absolutely RAVE and SHOUT OUT LOUD about the sales person who recently helped me purchase 2 pairs of Glasses, his name is Allan in your Norwalk CT So No Mall Collection Store #14611. Allan was very professional, extremely well informed about the product, patient, polite and friendly. I am so happy with my customer experience I had to send you this brief note how pleased I was. We were seen at the Southdale Mall Lenscrafters in Edina MN. and can honestly say had excellent customer service from walking in the door till the end of the process. I will have to say Anthony was such a pleasure to work with. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and kept working with us until we were very satisfied.
