I bought glasses at Lenscrafters a month ago but they still haven’t made them . Now they rudely say they don’t know if they can even make them due to shortages on lens material. Why didn’t they say this when I ordered them?

If you are in need of glasses avoid LensCrafters at all costs. They took 400$ from me. Said transaction didn’t go through and post to their journal despite it posting to my bank. I still haven’t had success getting the money returned. My bank has reached out to them yet no credit returned. Their local store manager wrote their corporate office 2 letters and numerous emails. This has been since 11/12/2021. Buyer Beware!

It’s one thing for a business to be incompetent—it’s another thing entirely for them to be dishonest. I believe that I was lied to on two separate occasions by LensCrafters.com customer service employees. I ordered glasses Jan 6 using my annual insurance benefits and credit card. When my prescription lenses didn’t arrive on time I called. I was told they were shipping next day. I waited a week and called again. Told exact same thing. No tracking number given. I call today and told that they can’t find my order. Supervisor says that “Affirm didn’t pay for it so it was cancelled “. No they didn’t pay—my insurance and my credit card paid (twice). I have cracked lenses and no glasses. Don’t believe these people … I believe that they are telling people to tell customer that order is shipping next day to put them off. UPDATE: My glasses showed up several weeks after promised date. I believe that the customer service people are 1) poorly trained and supervised and 2) disconnected in time and place from the business. They have to ask supervisors to get real answers. I also believe that they don’t understand the notes in the file. My glasses were to be shipped next day, for example, and they read this to mean that the glasses were in fact shipping THE next day. Sloppy records and communication. Also, the stores don’t share the same records as the .com business. They are their own worst enemy.

The LensCrafters in Depford Mall is terrible company. I am unhappy with their service. I had an appointment at 1 and was not seen until 30 minutes later. No explanation as to why they were running late. Then was told extra test were required at an extra charge of about $50 that had to be paid up front and would not be covered by my insurance. Upon checking with my insurance company they said those test were not required. When I decided not to pay it I was treated rude and rushed through the process. I work hard and have very good insurance. I feel like it's not fair that I was not told they do not take one of my insurances when they were presented. All they seem to be focused on was getting me to pay money up front for things that should be covered by my insurance. The doctor was not nice either he would ask a question and moved on to the next question before I could answer the 1st question and they had the nerve to send an email with my next appointment for next year. They have got to be kidding me. I will never be back. Taking my business and insurance elsewhere suggest others do the same.

if i could give less than one star i would. i ordered glasses online, when i received them i couldn't read with them, i called and they sent me a return label, it has now been two months and i haven't heard a word from them, when i call i get and automated message saying they are in the mail room, tried e-mail and chat with no response, i hope someday i get my glasses

It takes forever to get new pair of glasses, and the lenscrafter online agent and the sales told me it will arrive within 1 week while I really need the glasses, totally insane!!!!!

They provide excellent service with wide variety of frames to choose. Dimitra and and Charlotte are great persons to talk to should you need guidance!!!
