I walked in and got an appt within the hour, had excellent service from the salesperson who knew her products and all about my insurance. I got an eye exam, which was the best I’ve ever had, and purchased a new pair of glasses. I was completely satisfied with my experience at the Wilton, NY store.

I walked in without an appointment. I broke my glasses and needed a new replacement right away. I had an exact pair of glasses and they were able to replace the lenses from the broken pair to the intact frames. i was so thrilled! I highly recommend the West LA store on Pico.

I just came back from Len's Crafters. It is Friday June 24/22. Brad was the sales rep. He was very good. We made arrangements for 2 pair of glasses. Reg day glasses and sun glasses. He did everything in his power to get me a deal. These days that is extremely important and difficult to find. Actually the remaining staff also stepped up and pitched in. It was a unified effort. I have to naturally wait 2 weeks to get them but Brad also stated that if I had any reservations at all about either pair within 30 days they would correct the situation. I greatly appreciate the service. In some cases in the past I've been to other businesses that did not recognize certain discounts. Brad was very honest. He worked diligently to give the customer care. I have dealt with him before and he has not disappointed.

Triple charged my credit card at their Redmond office in Dec 2021. One sum was refunded. Six months later I am still getting the run around and my refund for the second charge has still not been processed. The branch blames head office and tells me there is no way I can speak to someone there directly about my issue. The worst thing is the manager is the one dealing with my query so there is nobody to escalate my complaint to. I will never do business with them again and will dissuade anyone I can from considering them in the future.

Went in to get my glasse's repaired. Viola did a fast and awesome job!😉 Loved the friendly service she displayed.👍
