I wish i never went there , bc now i feel like im entitled for full refund and free glasses. Such a waste of time , The most irresponsible store ever Their add says 2-3 weeks , im going on the 3rd month paid $900🤮🤮🤮 Total fraud scammers , i cant believe Macys allowes them inside premisess!!!!

Excellent!,I failed my dot vision test,and needed glasses in 1 day,I went to the cuyahoga falls store and Joshua was very helpful and referred me to the summit mall LensCrafters since they have the lab,they got me right in for a exam and were very nice and understanding thanks to Dr Ami Patel for making that happen. I was sent to Shannon and she did a OUTSTANDING job of finding my glasses at a great price and thanks to the people in the lab,they had them done in 30 minutes!,I passed my dot physical thanks to all of you!!

My daughter in law went to our only local Lens Crafters here in Florence SC to get her a new pair of glasses. She ended up picking a pair and when it was all said and done, she paid right at $600 cash for the new glasses. Well, due to the pandemic, they no longer do same day glasses, so she ended up having to wait about 2 weeks to get her new glasses. When the glasses came in and after wearing them for about 24 hours or so she realized the blurriness wasn't clearing and neither was the headache she gained not long after beginning to wear them. So the next day she went back and they checked their paperwork and said they ordered the right prescription, but she knew something was wrong. So she went to another eye atore who had the ability to check the RX in each lens and come to find out.. the lenses were the complete WRONG PRESCRIPTION! She went back to Lens Crafters and they said it was a goof up on the lens company not their company and that they could send them back and have them remade, but that would take another 2 weeks or so to get the corrected ones in. She had her receipt so she just asked for a refund. They stated it had to come from home office and it could take up to 30 days to get that refund! 30 days with no money and no eyeglasses! So after about 2 weeks a check finally came but Lens Crafters put a 15 day hold on it. So, I called their home office and I was told by the CS refund associate and I quote " We can't issue the refunds in the store and we dont usually send out a refund check until we (lens crafters) knows there is enough money in the bank to cash the check which is why that 15 day hold is placed on the check". Meaning that Lens Crafters IS LITERALLY FLOATING REFUND CHECKS. A MULTIMILLION DOLLAR COMPANY FLOATING CHECKS. So I would suggest staying clear.

Don't trust this company. I bought sunglass lenses here. I purchased a warranty. When I came in to use the warranty, their staff "couldn't find it" in the system, and told me they'd only replace the lenses if I still had the receipt. They were defensive when I asked them to service the warranty, due to the fact they THEY lost the information in their system. Really bad customer service. The customer is always wrong here at the Lenscrafters in Fashion Place Mall in UT.

We’ve been customers of LensCrafters for over 30 years. My wife’s most recent pair had a small crack in them. She went back to the West Dundee location and they informed her she had an “extended” warranty and they would replace them for $50. She had no idea she had a warranty, it was something they bury in the bill without asking. She received her replacement glasses with no issue. Within the first couple months the lenses were so scratched she was unable to see thru them. She returned to the store when they proceeded to explains how she was cleaning them wrong. Mind you, collectively we have 80 plus years of eyeglass cleaning experience, but ok. In reality I believe that one of the many up sell coatings they sell you was not correctly cured or applied. Maybe the “blue light” coating. I called corporate 3 times before I received a response. I had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service lady that was the end of the line for customer service. No one above her. Writes her own checks and runs the show. After about 6 hours of phone calls a manager from the local store called and offered to replace them in at 50% off or 350. Not bad to pay for their mistakes. In summary, we purchased probably 30 pairs of glasses and a boatload of contacts in our 30 plus years. Their customer service sucks. My wife is wearing her 3 year old glasses with no issues. Our business will go elsewhere in the future, obviously LensCrafters doesn’t need it.

OVER PRICED and very bad service. Their product do not hold up. My wife has had to deal with this company in USA and in CANADA.BOTH are way over priced and very bad glasses. The worst service ever. A RIPOFF COMPANY PEOPLE they should be shut down.

Outstanding Dr. Barber at lens crafters at 8471 Beverely Blvd. Los Angeles 90048 . Patience- Kind- and accurate plus will give you all the time you need without rushing you out of the office . Hunter thé salesperson who help me with my choice of glasses was wonderful as well . He made my experience delightful by asking everyone around what they thought of the frames I was looking at . I was delighted with these 2 employees and I recommend this store for eye exams and glasses .

Horrible experience. I've been to them before and they know my insurance yet they waited till the day of the appointment to call me and tell me they no longer accept it and I would have to pay out of pocket or wait until July when they will accept the insurance again or whatever BS story the employee told me. LensCrafters can kiss it and I will never step foot in there again. Worst service ever
