I have to say I loved the Oakley Gauge 3.1 frames no problem with them. This was my first pair with transactions and liked them. However the lenses are trash. They never chamfer the shape edge. And with frameless glasses you will think they will polish them. No polish was done. So I sent them back to be fixed. They sent me a refund instead. So I reorder the same pair the same lenses. I called them to make sure they will polish them as well. A week goes by and I get them. I about to throw them out the door. The cut was worse than the first time. It look like a doll tooling bit was used. No polish though. On one of the lenses their was 2 deep scratches under the mount for the side. Plus they filled apart. So I will never order anything from lenscrafters.com again. I payed $535 for them.

Lens are detective. Poor workmanship. Blurry and unable to see out of the right side. Last time I purchase glasses from lenses crafter

I went to LensCrafters for a new pair of glasses and to try multifocal contact lenses for the first time. Everyone at the store is super nice, I have no complaints about the staff. The thing is, I paid 60 dollars for a pair of lenses that never arrived. It’s been almost 2 months since I went there and my contacts didn’t arrive yet.

Purchased lenses with frames in Dec. Spent over $900. And in April a crack started in the center top on each lens. A straight line crack on both lenses in same spot. Luckily we purchased protection plan and were able to get them replaced. The rep was rude and insisted we damaged the lenses. A scratch I could understand but this is a crack in same spot on both lenses.

Honestly the best eye place I've been to. I was finally able to get contacts that don't go blurry! So happy.

First time with Lens Crafters. I was very impressed with my experience and environment. Julie my eye consultant was wonderful. I will and have highly recommend everyone to visit Lens Crafters. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Great Dr. And excellent sales people, very polite and friendly. Lenses suck!! Recent purchase was 6 months ago. I have gone through 4 sets of lenses. The anti glare stated peeling almost immediately. They have been kind enough with no hassle to replace them. 4 set. The worst set yet. Lasted 3 weeks. They admitted this was a vendor issue. Going back to use my warranty but I will never get anti glare there again.

I recently had an eye exam and purchased a new pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses. The glasses came in and all went well, until I ask for a copy of my prescription, the sales clerk said the printer was out of ink and could not print one. I called back in a week later and asked that they send me a copy of my prescription, I was told they could not email or scan it only Fax. You would think with today's technology they would figure out a way to provide it electronically. I was told I would have to come back to the store, I did so only to find a sign that sorry we are closed. I tried calling another store in the same area, and while they could see my order they would not share with me my prescription. All in all a very poor interaction with Lens Crafters....lots of other options won't be back.
