Over the last 4 years I’ve had lensabl do 7 different pairs of prescription glasses for me, some with solid tints and gradients, and all I can say is: Fantastic custom work, fantastic customer service and fantastic prices - Lensabl is the BEST : )

Worst customer service experience I have had with a company. I mailed them some frames and realized before they even arrived at their location, so still in the mail, that I sent the wrong frames. I immediately called and left a voicemail letting them know as soon as they arrived to place them to the side. After a week and realizing I would rather have the money than take the time to send the right frames and deal with that hassle I told them to just send them back. I paid extra for ROUND TRIP overnight shipping anyways. I kept getting ignored and eventually they said they would charge me $25 for cancelling and return shipping. When I pointed out they hadn’t even been started, they told me they had actually started to work on them despite having an email and voicemail from me instructing them not to and having a reply from them saying they would be placed on hold. This was over a month ago. I am close to contacting my bank because they are holding the frames and my money hostage. They are not returning my calls, they won’t return my emails. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCUMBAGS!

Good customer service and fast delivery

Disgraceful workmanship. Lenses are literally loose in the frames. I have to take them to a professional company to have them replaced and fixed. Company is a scam. ** Interesting that Lensabl responded to my negative review on TrustPilot before they ever responded to my customer service email about the botched job. Just shows you that they care more about their social presence than they do their customers.

I m not too happy with my new lenses. It is not feeling right, and i am not able to tell what is wrong. I can see through sach eye ok, but with both eyes i feel a bit cross eyed. Problem is i have no idea how i can get it fixed.

It was a terrific experience. I am very happy with my choices. Lensabl was great to work with. I have made several purchases with Lensabl and plan to make more in the future. Thank you.

The turnaround time is exceedingly long. This is the second instance in which my order went all the way through production and didn't pass the final inspection, which meant the process started all over again. More importantly, there was no communication. I had to reach out and ask what the status of my order was, and why it had gone back to square one. The price is right, the customer service is great, but the turn around time is far too long. I'd rather pay more and have my lenses done locally.

I still have not received my glasses. This has been an endless process. They made a mistake on the lenses so I sent them back. Then I got a message asking what frames did sent. Apparently they had misplaced my lenses. Then I got an email from Mark from the “customer care team”. He told me that they broke my frames and asked me to pick a replacement frames from the web site. That was two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since. If I could give less than one star I would. (949) 208-5028
