Worse experience I ever had with a company. Everything was unprofessional. Every time I acquired by my glasses the lenses weren’t right imperfections took two and a half months, to get them back and they weren’t even glass lenses cheap plastic for $97. This company should be ashamed of itself ripping people off like that

I ordered replacement sunglass lenses with an estimated manufacturing time of 3-5 days. After paying hundreds of dollars and waiting 4 weeks I got my frames back with red tinted lenses in them. Totally unsuitable for wearing in the sun. No polarization, no glare reduction, would make driving dangerous as they turn everything red, and they look stupid.

I received lenses that were not made consistent with the prescription and instructions 3 times. It took more than 2 months just to get to sets of lenses made for a reading prescription. The customer service was horrible. The communication was terrible. All in all, I would like to be able to give Zero stars, but that is not an option here.

Online process was easy enough. Lenses were accurately made; no real adjusting to them (I have a cataract). Took a little longer to get the glasses back; assuming perscription was a problem. Overall very good service!

I cannot recommend this service. First, my order took more than six weeks to fulfill, during which time I lost use of my glasses. This was well beyond the delivery estimate they provided. Second, they returned glasses with lenses of the wrong prescription. Third, one of the lenses wasn't even mounted to the glasses. Fourth, they refused to issue a refund. Finally, they sent me *over 60 spam emails* despite the fact that I clearly did not opt-in to their email marketing. I honestly can say I was shocked at how poor the quality of service and customer support was. I generally don't write reviews but this experience was truly bad.

I had two pairs of frames fitted with the same prescription. One at Lensabl and one at my local shop. Both progressive lenses. The the upper of the progressive on both lenses were returned to me identical. However, the reader portion on the Lensabl lenses are considerably higher in power than the same prescription filled at my local shop. The Lensabl fitted lenses are too powerful to wear(too high a magnification) Seems as if wrong lenses were installed. Other than that, I was pleased with how things were delivered. I've come to accept that you will always need to "re-adjust" your frames after new lenses are installed and my frames did need a some major adjustment but no biggy. Just dissappointed in the reader magnification. Would consider using them again.

They took twice as long as quoted, the lower left lens has a 1/4" scratch, which they're of course blaming on me, and stole my Prada case, sent my glasses back in a cheap plastic case. They later claimed that their instructions are not to send anything other than the glasses themselves. And once the lenses have been delivered, no customer service, won't answer or return calls or emails.

I sent in a pair of Gucci sunglasses in March. I didn't receive any notice for 2 weeks. When I called, it took Lensable another 2 weeks to figure out they were stolen or lost. It took me another 2 weeks to get someone to order new replacememt frames. Then another 3 weeks to finally get my order. Every step of the way, I had to reach out to ascertain the status of my order. Not once did anybody from leadership contact me or lete know what was going on. There were no apologies or accountability on Lensabl's part. I was treated like it was my fault they were stolen.at your facility and I was bothering your staff for checking on the status. Not even a coupon or some form of compensation for your error.
