ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC LENSE REPLACEMENT ON MY TOM FORD SUNGLASSES! The process was a bit slow, but it was worth it. Business’ get backed up, but that means they are doing great work! I received replies to my emails within 18-24 hours.

I tried to buy from you but my 15 percent discount did not show up at the end. I sent them an email only to get a bullshit reply from an AI agent. I also did not like being shuffled to shop.com. I am am having difficulty getting that account closed. If this is their idea of service, I'm not impressed. I am going with another supplier

I would like to take a moment to highlight Sarah Arevalo. This was my first time using the site or placing an order through Lensabl. So of course, I had some mistakes with my order. Not only did she take the time to figure out what the issue was, but she made every effort possible to ensure that I was satisfied. I ended up with a completely different order than I started with, but for the better. I personally asked to leave a customer satisfactory review because I believe the service I received was top notch. I would gladly order again from Lensabl knowing that they have employees like Sarah that are willing to take care of us.

I received my glasses with new lenses from Lensabl. The lenses were coated with something that created a smear that could not be cleaned, no matter what i used. I contacted customer service and they accused me of doing this to the lenses. They were snarky and just stopped communicating with me. This is a horrible company with a bad product and no care for customers.

I'm am now on my second pair of glasses I've ordered from Lensbl. They are absolutely fantastic! I'm very light sensitive, and they made my desires come to being perfectly. Very thorough, communicative, the glasses look great, and the best part is the price is reasonable and affordable. 10/10 recommend!

Fact is if they only told the truth, it would be 5 star. I was told 7 to 10 days, and that was never the case. The end result was great
