I am a big man and therefore selected the large frames from the site filter. The frames I wanted weren't in stock so I ordered my second choice. I used the simulator to see how they would look. They are too small and fit way smaller than the simulator showed. There was an issue with the lenses according to the update I got from Lendabl so it also took longer than it was supposed to. I do like the lenses and the quality of frames is good, just don't like the fit or look on me due to the size.

Just a bad experience all around. My pair of glasses were damaged and the QC personnel felt it was ok to ship them back to me as is. I reached out to customer service and they had me send them links to where they could buy a replacement frame. The replacement took forever to get redone. They had to redo the lenses multiple times. Worst experience, needless to say, I found a new company to do all my replacement lenses which is a bummer because I have sent you guys many frames to have my lenses replaced.

I’ve ordered from Lensabl several times. Their performance has been a bit inconsistent, and their pricing is a little high. They’re not a bad vendor, but I’ve found better.

I sent my new sunglasses and a prescription from my eye doctor to them and have not heard back from them. I have emailed them 3 different times and haven't ever heard anything back. Very disappointed.

I've been a customer for several years and the majority of my orders have been perfect. Lensabl is a great value for the money but not when the lenses are incorrect. This latest order is unusable. Disappointed.

Really bad experience, their lab is like a blackhole with no transparency. They broke my frame and claimed to order a new pair and just kept me waiting forever without any following update.

I had a challenging experience with Lensabl. I am satisfied with the final lenses I received on a pair of prescription glasses however the experience overall was frustrating, and a huge let down. Terrible communication from their team. Glasses ended up taking 3 times longer then what was promised (over a full month). The most disappointing aspect was that the date just kept getting pushed back every time the promised date came and went, with the explanation that it had to be remade each time. If you read carefully in their FAQ they reserve the right during the QC process, to remake lenses that don’t past checks- a perfectly crafted excuse to delay your order that you can’t argue against. But having to be remade 3 times seems less likely. Keep reading reviews and you will see my experience is not isolated. Would rather have had Lensabl be honest ahead of time if they were experiencing longer lead times instead of dragging it out every 10 days. Horrible.

After purchasing a new pair of frames with lenses that didn't fit properly (I have a strong prescription, but the frames were distorted when I got them), I sent 2 pairs of reader frames to 2 different companies to put in new lenses. Lensabl was the ONLY pair that are actually useable without major frame manipulation. And this is the only pair I'm excited to wear. Thank you, Lensabl!
