Good quality lenses, arrived later than I expected, I had to initiate communication with Lensabl two weeks after mailing my frames to make sure they had actually received them - there was no way to check on their website/my account. To their credit they did respond right away, but it would have been nice to be able confirm and track the order myself. The lenses aren't as fine-tuned as the customized ones from my ophthalmologist's office, but they are also less than half the price and work well enough.

My experience with Lensabl was fairly good. I ordered contact lenses from them on Friday and got a confirmation email. I waited several days and did not get any shipping confirmation, so I reached out using their Live Chat Support on Zendesk, and the agent was super helpful and got me my tracking number. The lenses arrived in good time and matched my prescription, so no issues there. I also tried signing up to create an account but never received an email to complete it. So aside from these issues it was a fairly positive experience.

Customer service was excellent. They even noticed that my rx was for progressive lenses but that I had order single-vision and checked with me to make sure they'd done it right. It didn't take too long to get my glasses, on par with ordering from a local store pretty much. The only thing I didn't like was that the ears of the frames were somehow too wide. I like goodr because of how they immediately fit my head and don't slide down my nose, but these didn't "hug" my head and slid down right away. I was able to fix the frames

I love my new glasses!! The lenses are trendy and it’s great to be reunited with my favorite vintage frames. Now I can see both far and near. The packaging for my new glasses was very good and a case was provided. The only negative was the communication was lacking. I only knew what was going on when I reached out to your company. I felt a little uneasy not knowing if my Yves Saint Laurent frames actually made it to your facility. So I took one star away for lack of updates. Maybe that’s cause the shipping was ground. I would prefer next time a better shipping option.

I’ve had 7-8 pairs of sunglasses made into prescription lenses with Lensabl and they have been mostly great. Had a couple issues where the tint didnt match due to lens material differences (ideally they would relay that info before proceeding) but those issues were all resolved with exchanges and remakes. I have noticed on a few recent orders that they tend to ‘tighten’ the frames a bit upon return, not sure if thats part of a change in the process but the last 2 pairs I received are curved inward slightly and squeeze my head a bit so I will need to get those adjusted slightly at an eyewear shop - but the lenses and frames are good otherwise. Delivery times can take awhile - a few weeks for some - and I had to email to make sure they were being shipped but customer service was extremely responsive. Lensabl in fact has some of the best customer support I’ve experienced in online shopping - Julie in particular was very helpful - I think they are at the mercy of slow lab times but the support itself is top notch. All in all, I continue to return to Lensabl for my prescription sunglass needs and would recommend to others looking for the same.

Lenses came quickly! :-) Still waiting on the "confirmation email" to create an account, so I can't reorder easily yet. :-(

Great service and great people. Order took longer than expected, but result was worth keeping a favored frame.

This is my second pair of lenses purchased from Lensabl - i'm very pleased with both the prescription accuracy and the clarity and durability of the coatings... Gave 4 stars because - there's always room for improvement...
