I tried to buy from you but my 15 percent discount did not show up at the end. I sent them an email only to get a bullshit reply from an AI agent. I also did not like being shuffled to shop.com. I am am having difficulty getting that account closed. If this is their idea of service, I'm not impressed. I am going with another supplier

I received my glasses with new lenses from Lensabl. The lenses were coated with something that created a smear that could not be cleaned, no matter what i used. I contacted customer service and they accused me of doing this to the lenses. They were snarky and just stopped communicating with me. This is a horrible company with a bad product and no care for customers.

I have not received my Wayfarer sunglasses yet

My glasses were sent to the wrong address by UPS. UPS sent them back to Lensabl but no one at Lensabl will respond to me. I paid over $600 dollars to Lensabl and have yet to receive the glasses ordered in July 2026. Help me please.

I ordered lenses that did not fit me right or meet the aesthetics I wanted. Reached out to customer services and they told me my only option was to purchase another pair at a slight discount. Incredibly poor experience and now I have a pair of glasses that are still in the box.

The interface between Goodr and Lensable doesn't work well. I ordered Goodr frames with prescription lenses. Did not get the right frame. Sent them back after numerous attempts to talk to a customer service dept. (You cannot talk to anyone) Finally I asked if they would just make the prescription in my own Goodr frames, which they did, but they didn't then refund the cost of the frames I purchased.

GARBAGE PRODUCT! I spent several hundred dollars getting prescription lenses put in my Hobie Bayside frames. I have stored these glasses in proper holder wrapped in supplied microfiber cloth in a dry cool area of house. They are only used for beach and boating. Have probably been worn less that 75 times. The UV / Anti scratch coating is rubbing off of the lenses making them impossible to clearly see through. Because they are over 1 year old Lensabl refuses to make it right but instead is offering 25% off to purchase another bad product that will not last. I have 2 other prescription sunglasses from other companies that are used daily and they do not have this problem

Despite them neglecting to honor an advertised BOGO sale, I still wanted to give them a try. However, promptly after arrival of my order, I found that my frames were bent out of shape upon inspection. Further, after a few days wear and time to let my eyes adjust, I realized the lens also may not be accurately made to my requested prescription. Shop elsewhere.
