Horrible false advertising that they put anti-scratch coating on my glasses. They are so scratched I can't even see out of them. Contacted them they could care less. Horrible customer service quick to take money, But not to solve problems! STAY AWAY

Very difficult company to deal with. I will never use them again. Warby Parker has much better customer service. I ordered a prescription lense for my new Bose audio glasses. I provided the dr prescription and after manufacturing malfunction I finally got the lenses. However I could not see through them. Company blamed me for providing wrong order type. Extremely frustrating and still not resolved.

I purchased lenses and they were put on a little to the side and the lenses they use are cheap knock offs from who knows where. Stay with a brand name and do not use this company. I ate $300 and went to a legit place to fix this mistake. Stay away.

Turnaround time was ridiculously long. It took a month to make and install my lenses. My sunglasses also came back with scratches around the frame that cannot be repaired. It’s obvious that they scratched my frame while installing the lenses.

The end result was great, however the order took five weeks. I supplied Rayban frames and the original lenses were not returned (no doubt now on ebay) this despite a customer rep advising me that he would reach out to lab and have them returned with order. Update: I expected Lensabl to quote their Terms & Conditions. Rayban lenses are real easy to pop-out and should have been a simple job for a professional. Those same Terms and conditions say "..from the time that we receive your frames at our lab, lens production is about 4-7 business days on average." - both of my orders have taken nearly five weeks and all the while my order when viewed online said "estimated time to ship - 6 days"

Hi Jon! Happy to hear that the end result was worth the wait! I wanted to address your comment about your original lenses. Per our terms (https://www.lensabl.com/terms) , In making you brand new custom lenses for your specs, the lens production process involves removing existing lenses from your frames. By sending us your frames with existing lenses in them, you acknowledge that Lensabl is not liable for any damage done to the existing lenses. There are instances where your original lenses may break during the replacement process, and by sending us your frames with existing lenses, you acknowledge the risk that your lenses may get damaged and may not be returned to you. If the lenses were not returned, its because they either were damaged/broken and the lab cannot send those back (due to safety purposes) therefore they get discarded. We don't resell anything on Ebay.

Terrible company. They screwed up my prescription then blamed me. They didn't honor their return policy

I order bifocals for my uncle. I received the eyeglasses almost two months later, and it wasn't bifocals at all. The lenses looked cheap. Waste of time & money.
