The "blue light" is NOT a virtually clear coating as indicated on the website. My glasses looked like there's a slight yellow tint and I would not have ordered them had I known. Go with the clear lens all the way.

My glasses were getting a little old, but I liked the frames. I thought I could turn them into sunglasses. The instructions about packing the glasses were unclear. The list said to pack them securely, so I put them in the fancy leather sleeve they originally came with and shipped them off. The instructions did say not to include any cases or accessories in the box, but including a case in the box with other random accessories did not seem like the same thing as packing the glasses in their protective case. When the glasses came back, the leather sleeve was gone, and the glasses were in a cheap Lensabl case the didn’t fit very well. I contacted support, but they just said I shouldn’t have packed the case.

In our shipping instructions it says **Please do not include any cases or accessories as they will not be returned** If you selected to have a box shipped to you, this is mentioned on our shipping box. If you selected to print your own label, this is mentioned in the shipping instructions that is emailed to you. If you selected to print your own label and are in need of protective shipping materials, we can ship you a box with materials at no extra cost and you can safely ship your frames to our lab. We mention this on our website in our FAQ as well.

I would have rated four stars but for their effort I decided to hit five because I am a kind person I understand business growth has problems and take time so for you guys effort I your business get better and better. This service I would recommend to someone who doesn’t have insurance. It saves a lot of money compared to doctors office. However, you have to follow with lensabl if service seems delayed ; follow instruction carefully about taking your pictures and upload to them. I suggested that you take the exact measurements of PD from your eyes exam and So actively follow up and make sure your information you send is correct. Yes this service could take a long time. If you can’t wait it’s not for you.

Not a professional company. They drag out the order for a month and then tell you they can’t use the PD you uploaded and it’s your fault. Then if you ask for your glasses back they try to charge you after they haven’t done any service.

I have two ongoing orders attempting to be completed. So this is a review in progress if you will. I originally sent in glasses to get new lenses. I received them back fairly quickly (I'm at an APO in Germany, so shipping is inherently slow). Upon initial wear, I noticed that the scrip in the right eye was off. I took them to the optometrist where I'm at and they confirmed that the right eye had the wrong scrip in it. Customer service was great in helping me send the glasses back to get redone. I then received the redone glasses about a month or two later and to my dismay, I found that the prescription for the left eye was in the right lens and vice versa. So now lensabl offered to just send redone lenses to me, instead of having to ship my glasses back again. I'm now waiting on the 3rd set of lenses and I hope these are correct. The other set of glasses I have been waiting on since late July and they have not passed quality control and haven't been shipped to me. I have pretty high astigmatism in my right eye but I sent lensabl an email with the name and specs for the frame and my prescription and they replied and said they could do it, so I sent them in. I have emailed them asking for an update and they replied that sometimes it can take a while due to quality and coatings. I really hope to be getting what I ordered soon, as I have been waiting a while to wear some new glasses. I don't think I will be ordering from Lensabl again even though they had pretty great customer service. Update 29 Sept: I received the replacement lenses and they are working out well. However. the right lens is still a bit off. I will not ask for another set of replacement lenses. I am also still waiting on my second order to arrive.

they are too irresponsible at the time of delivery, they say a date and do not meet it, customer service is a constant mockery. I do not recommend them at all
