It was the third time that I used Lensabl so I was surprised when I found the lenses not to be fitting tightly into the frame (identical frame had been done perfectly well a few years ago. They move and squeek when I clean them.

It took six weeks to get my glasses. Customer service kept sending me the same boilerplate response when I inquired about my order.

Honest to god I thought I was going to be scammed after placing my order - esp after reading all the reviews on here, but I’m so happy with the way my glasses turned out. I fell so in love with them I want to wear them more than the fact that I have to (cuz they’re prescription lol) I do recommend that you’d research the feasibility of replacing the type of your glasses’s lenses (how easy it is or how easy they may be to break) prior to placing an order. Excruciating detail: Lens quality - not as decent as ZEISS but clean af. Totally satisfied! I did receive it with a tiny scratch and ngl that hurt a bit Timeline - it took forever (about a month of no sight) and from the other reviews I’ve read it seems like it’s a pattern, beware if you’re looking for a faster yield. If time is no issue, and you have another pair to daily - discard this note. Price - I personally think it was a great deal with the way my glasses turned out. I have a super strong prescription and the lens does NOT look too thick and with the polished and rolled edges the side angle profile does not show how thick my lenses are Customer service - I found that they were quite responsive for the most part but that’s my own experience so take it with a grain of salt Conclusion: Would I use Lensabl again? Maybe idk… still not sure due to that minuscule scratch on one of the lenses but I really don’t want to have to go another month without glasses. Would I recommend Lensabl to people I know? Not sure either - seems like a hit or miss but I have yet to have more history with them as I’ve only done one google search and clicked the first link I found Do I regret using Lensabl? Absolutely not. Albeit there are messy points that’d stood out, but again / I don’t wanna lose sight for another month and it seems like their only resolution is to ship glasses back to the lab to be repaired or remade instead of discounting a part of the paid amount and get a partial refund of the customer accepts the reprimand (which is quite obscure to me) Overall I’m giving Lensabl 4 stars because at the end of the day I was happy with the end product despite their errors

Took them 2 months to make my lens. I didn't send in my Bose Soprano Frames thinking they should be able to make my lens without it since they also sell the frames with the lens as an option. I asked them and they confirmed that I can get the lens without sending in frames. Took them forever. When I finally got my lens, I had to send both lens and frames (with original case and non-prescription lenses) so they can install the lens - I did this after I brought both lens and frames to my clinic to verify that the lenses did not fit the frame. They verified so back they went. When I finally received my frames, they had installed a very different set of lenses! I feel so cheated! They didn't give me my original order! I had initially asked for Gold Mirrored Polarized lenses with the thinnest index. They stripped all that away and gave me the cheapest lenses with no options I paid for. And they refused refunds over and over again! I followed their terms and conditions but to no avail. Beware! They will NOT refund your money even if it's justified and within their terms and conditions.

Everything went smoothly at first, my glasses were received and seemed to be ready to be sent back out to me. Then there was no update for a while and the site continued to say they were ready for shipping. When I reached out for an update, I was told the glasses had been shipped to an incorrect address and they were trying to get them returned. I was asked where I purchased them in case they could not be recovered so that they could be replaced if needed. In this case, I was able to track down the website I originally bought them on and they did indeed replace my glasses. However I notice there is a line of scratches along the edge of the right lens that I'm concerned about spreading further to the center of the lens. Customer service was responsive and polite during all of this, but how long would I have been waiting to find out my glasses were lost if I hadn't reached out? What if my glasses weren't able to be replaced?

Absolutely wonderful experience. Ordered prescription sunglasses from Bose, which used Lensbl as their vendor for the lenses. Glasses are great, lenses are high quality. Order took a bit long but I'm sure that's because of the specialty lenses. Reimbursement from the HSA was simple. Just an excellent experience all around.

Your company lost my frames. Took a month for me to follow up to let me know. Took another 2 weeks to order my frames. Been 2 months and still not done

I’m thrilled with my new glasses! I had to return the first pair sent, but the customer service was great and the next pair was perfect ! I had included a note with the pair I returned and hopefully that helped ! I’ll definitely be using Lensabl again! Claire Donohue
